What I liked most was how quiet it was. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, except they ran out of eggs the last morning I was there.

There were numerous dogs there, too many to count. At 10pm the basketball court was still active and noisy! We left the hotel one morning and the outside back parking lot door had a rock in the door so other non-paying customers may have entered. On our last day there we walked to the breakfast area, and it just barely opened. The trash container was over filled and trash on the floor. We could not get coffee right away due to another customer having a Doberman dog at the breakfast area without a leash. There were three employees in the area sitting down watching TV and not one got up and attended to the issues at hand just kept drinking their coffee. Our only positive comment was that our room attendant was very helpful and pleasant. In closing we would want to make sure that some upper executives visit this hotel and thoroughly investigate the situations at hand. Thank you

The kitchen temperature is very helpful for times when I just wanted a small meal without going somewhere. The pool is nice, and it's handy to have some things you can buy in the little shop by the office. I felt at home.

The staff from the front desk to the room cleaners were wonderful. All were helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home

It would of been nice if the pool was working but you cant plan breakdowns.

Overall stay was ok. We stayed here with the expectation of having a pool as we were traveling with a five year old. When signing in was when we were told the pool was down, it has been down for awhile and would be our whole trip. This info would have been nice to know before rental to allow us to decide whether or not this would have guided our decision.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which is a rare find, and was thankful to find these accommodations for the event we were attending. The hotel looks like its being updated slowly? On the surface it looks clean, but when your really look, its been filthy for a long time. The oven looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a yr. Under the kitchen sink was full of loose crud. The area of floor between the counter and refrigerator was covered in yrs of loose crud. The cleaning staff were excellent, and I feel the built up crud had just been there. We arrived on a Thursday and the pool was closed due to pipe issues, we were told it wouldn't get fixed until maybe Monday. We were told we could use the sister hotels pool across the street. I can't even say, "You get what you paid for" we paid just about $300 a night. Hilton Corp needs to do way better. Would we stay again? Maybe, only for the 2 bedroom suite.

The elevator was dirty and smelled strongly of urine, which gave a very poor first impression. I also didn't like that housekeeping only cleaned the rooms every other day instead of daily. On the second day, we needed clean towels, but none were left in our room. When we went to the front desk to ask for some, the employee told us they didn't have any clean towels available. I honestly don't understand how a hotel can run out of clean towels for its guests. To make matters worse, I booked and paid through Expedia, but after returning home to Montreal, I noticed that the hotel charged me an extra $20 without any explanation or prior notice. I find this completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, while the staff was kind, the cleanliness, housekeeping service, and unexplained extra charge made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

The gal at the front desk was an angel and offered us another room, but I was very much not interested. I would like a refund.

It was a great time with family and they have spacious rooms. I’ll go back there!

The room was clean.

The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated how quiet and relaxing the environment was. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and inviting. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service—it truly made a difference and elevated my entire experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a home-away-from-home feel!

The staff here was fantastic, except for the old bearded maintenance guy who stood just outside the rear entrance smoking cigarettes! Disgusting. Didn’t care for the scumbags who would stack their empty beer cases beside the trash receptacles at the elevator! Didn’t really care for the parked car near the rear entrance with its windshield smashed out!! If it wasn’t for friends and family who live in or near Manchester NH, I’d NEVER come here again!! It’s a very classless city.

The rooms were nice, front desk staff very helpful and the basketball court was great for my son. Wonderful stay overall!

The property is well maintained, except that I could hardly sleep with all the loud poundings from foot step upstairs.
