Great location Booking charged me and the facility charged me. I thought it was cleared up but the facility recharged me. Very frustrating the amount of time spent to get my money back.

Outstanding customer service by shuttle driver Iset. He immediately picked me up at airport when flight canceled and stepped up to even check me in when front desk got backed up. I have traveled extensively and never ever saw a driver step up like that. He is a great team player and should be rewarded and promoted for his great attitude and high customer service. Please share this with his manager my personal thanks.

The staff was awesome. The front desk woman I think her name was Melanie or Melody was so super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and it was a pretty good location. Would definitely say here again if needed to be in the area.

Was only there for one night but check in was fantastic and very easy The room was superior very clean and very well stocked with coffee and tea The balcony overlooked air conditioning outside but it was great view no problems with that you went to the pool and it was very nice indoors Will definitely book that hotel again

The smoke detector is placed right above the bed and flashes. It's inconvenient at night.
