Superb

The pool (though we did find a cigarette butt in it). Location was super convenient to I 93 and attractions and was nice to have parking included. Staff was very friendly. Fridge was spacious and appreciated. The price was the best around. Ceiling was coming apart in the bathroom. Shampoo bottle nozzle was broken and could not dispense - needed to ask front desk for it very late in order to shower again. No tag for the door for privacy or cleaning. No safe for valuables that we could locate. Breakfast timing was not consistent, so we unfortunately couldn’t get breakfast on our second morning. The room was clean, but had a very strong odor. It was difficult to sleep directly next to the exit door as it slammed every time someone used it. The bed was comfortable, but the sheet was put on wrong or far too big because it kept slipping off through the night.

This was a great hotel. It had a beautiful, clean pool and a nice weight room. The coffee was good. Very nice front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very helpful and kind staff. nice place. not the most up to date and showing it's age a bit, but a perfectly cromulent place to stay and a good value.

I wanna refund the room was filthy and dirty full of mold stains everywhere stains on the sheets stains on the wallpaper stains on the wall and mold in the shower

Wish hotels would fix bathrooms where the moisture ruins the walls and ceilings before they completely fall apart.

Incidental money takes forever to get returned been a week and still not returned!

There was no shampoo so I called to get some and scheduled it for 10am but the person was there before 9. Was woken up twice by staff but wasn’t able to sleep anyway because there are no blackout curtains and the air conditioning started making a screeching sound in the middle of the night. They didn’t want to do a partial refund because “the ac issue wasn’t reported” but considering I was only staying for one night, it didn’t make sense to move all my things and switch to a different room at 2am. The breakfast was okay but honestly lacked variety and there was no spray to keep the mini waffles from sticking. No fruits except apples. Only sausage and no bacon or other breakfast meats.

Quiet, comfortable bed, dark room upon awakening. Channel lineup ok. Relaxing. Spa shower head and botanical shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
