Convenient location, breakfast was cold. "Hot water " for tea was lukewarm at best. Staff not around or seemingly disinterested.

By coffee was Luke warm at best. Staff took a long time to process check in and seemed disinterested. Dud not acknowledge me being a Hilton Honors member.

Upon arrival we noticed that the toilet did not flush correctly, had to hold flush down longer than expected. Later at night to shower, the shower had black mold. There was food left in the fridge, suggesting the fridge was not cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable as well, pillows were basically unusable, top blanket was scratchy, bed was not made correctly. Overall would not recommend.

Everything was great except for the 250.00 hold for inceditels stayed in several hotels including Hilton and never charged that much normally 50 to 100 not a high amount of 250 so definitely not happy with that

The room in which I stayed was clean and neat. However, it was in the first floor across from the large room where breakfast is served in the morning and a group of 6 or so people was over there until nearly 1am talking and laughing loudly, making it difficult to sleep.

Could have been more clean. Floors needed vacuuming. The conditioner dispenser was empty and no tissues. Otherwise very comfortable.
