Spent 6 nights at hotel. I interacted with several of the front desk staff and every one of them was excellent. Went over the top with questions, helped provide everything I asked for and was very friendly. No complaints about staff - 10/10. Only complaint was it seemed every ice maker was out of service but I’m sure they were trying to resolve that issue.

They also did not not inform us that rooms are cleaned every three days (based on the day you check in), but the front desk person was very accommodating and gave us fresh towels and water bottles. Other than that, if you request for a room facing out to the front you’ll really get a nice view (highway included of course haha!).

My room routinely needs the handyman to deal with the fact it doesn’t drain. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s a reoccurring issue.

Ice maker broken for over a year. Bar tender can’t make normal drinks

The drains never drain. The ice maker on the second floor has been broken for a year.

The only negative was that the breakfast buffet was overpriced for powdered eggs, etc. Go out for breakfast.

Clean roome, staff was great and location was everything to us! We will continue to stay here every year!

Both the staff and our suite at the Four Points by Sheraton were great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the staff were so kind and helpful! We were taking an early flight out of the Manchester airport and it’s only 2 miles away, so that was incredibly convenient as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
