Comfort Suites Manhattan

Overall it was a good stay, the bed slept well. The AC did take a whole day to start and cool the room off, the staff was really nice, and there was questionable stains on the furniture. The breakfast was decent.

The property was undergoing renovations, but still managed to be clean. Al of the amenities were still accessible. Our double queen room was very spacious. Overall it was a pleasant experience that made our weekend trip much more delightful.

Have stayed here in the past and the rooms were clean & property was well maintained. This trip was not. We had to change rooms because the door would not close properly and would not lock, the TV didn’t work, the blow dryer wouldn’t work and kept falling off the wall. They were doing renovations on the floor we were on so it was noisy at times.

The staff was very helpful You felt every movement of the other person in bed

Shower in room 308 drained very slowly.

Motel was quiet & the beds were comfortable. My daughters loved the hot tub. Breakfast was hot & had plenty of variety to choose from. The room did have some issues that needed addressed. One of the electrical outlets didn't work & sparked if you tried to use it. Also, the tub looked like it had some black mold because the faucet was leaking possibly behind the wall and not just into the tub. Overall, our stay was great in our suite.

Our room was disgusting , there were stains on every blanket. The room was terribly out dated. The walls had bugs on them. Then the bathroom had trash still on floor and on walls were dried up old boogers! So gross. My youngest daughter slept on the pull out couch and it had an old sheet still on it with stains. When I went down to get clean sheet no one was at front desk. There were no extra blanket or pillow in room for the fold out couch. The phone had a gross stain on it. The walls had holes that were clearly not fixed. We had requested a ton on top floor and did not get that everything was awful about this room and we are very very disappointed I can’t believe we spent 300$ for two nights it was worse than a motel 6. This is not like most comfort suites we have stayed in the past so I was very shocked. Never ever again will we stay here unless a compete remodel is done ! We travel to Ks to visit our son in the army and travel 6 hours to do so we need a clean nice hotel to stay and this is not the place

A once beautiful hotel that hasn’t been touched in years led to cracks,holes, and messes in room

The pool and room space were great. The rooms were not well maintained and we had ants. The whole place was very muggy and humid to the point where everything felt wet. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful. The space under the door made it to where everyone could hear each other.

We took our DBD sign off so we can get our room cleaned but they didn’t not clean it. Washer and dryer were out of service the whole week we stayed.

The first room they put us in, the air conditioner just DID NOT work! So, they were helpful in moving us to another room. The air conditioner in this room worked somewhat, it blew cool air, but it just didn't remove the humidity, so we had cool but very damp air. Made it hard to sleep, the sheets stuck to us. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the whole room was spacious and clean.

Clean & nice Breakfast was pretty sketchy

Convenience Our room smelled like cat pee. Our door handle of the room door fell off. We had 2 rooms, the other rooms phone didn’t work. Breakfast was mediocre.

Breakfast was ok. Found a pill of unknown origin under the hidabed room was clean aside from under the hidabed , pool was very cold hot tub no good. Ended up with a handicap room and wanted the jacuzzi room. They didn't accommodate my request.

Breakfast buffet was adequate. Pool, gym and sauna were good. Overall pleasant stay

Convenient Nothing

Room was decent size, offered a mini fridge and freezer as well as microwave. Beds were very uncomfortable for couples, when one moves the entire bed moves. So needless to say we didn't sleep well. There were dogs barking for extended periods of time making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, etc and everything was empty besides a serving of eggs. There was cereal and stale bagels available and mini yogurt cups. The orange juice was 90% water, apple just was better but still heavily watered down. Staff was pleasant enough. All and all I would not want to stay again.

Clean room. Good size for king suite.
