The Riad has a welcoming and calming atmosphere layered with comfort and luxury. And the true highlight is the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful and fun to converse with. Their attitudes permeate the riad with joy.

I liked the swimming pool and the buffet for breakfast. The hotel staff were very nice, but I dislike the women who served for hammam in fitness and indoor swimming pool. They should realise that guests are coming first time, should give a proper information of their service.

Riad style within a hotel space. Large pool and nice selection of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool cleaning was a bit erratic and on occasions carried out during the day. Not what you need at 43c.

Location super, architecture is fabulous, the place is heaven This gorgeous place is managed by some staff who are not up to the limits guests would like to see . Some of the staff are getting to close to me in a way that’s annoying. Other things are small pitfalls due to staff abilities to comply with such a beautiful place . Mr.exécutive manager pay attention to the staff , bring someone who do there job properly. Some of the peoples working there are destroying your business.
