Breathtaking place!
-
Numerous times we tried to get beach supplies and were told no because the rental workers wanted to leave early. This was at 12pm one day and 2pm another day. Ridiculous with over 5-7 hours of daylight left on the beach. Super disappointing when we flew 12 hours and spent over 10k to be there

Staff was friendly.

Very clean. Staff were very personable.

The rooms at the property were clean and maintained wonderfully during our stay, my only complaint was outside of the rooms. The pool chairs were dingy and looked aged for how nice the property was otherwise. All in all do highly recommend this property, food and staff were amazing.

The Fairmont is a beautiful hotel in Maui. The rooms are very nice. The food options seem to be all right, very good restaurants. The pool bar staff is amazing! The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was room service coming super early and then them not replacing dirty towels washcloths floor mats that they took when they did come to clean so we had to ask for them several times. We also had asked for toilet paper on more than one occasion. Besides those two small complain complaints I think it’s an amazing place with beautiful views.

We stayed at the Kei lani before and always enjoyed it. Our last trip was good but there was some construction going on and it created a lot of noise in our room. I wish they could have given us a little notice before hand

Property is very clean and close to the ocean. The staff were amazing and very helpful with anything we needed. They had a courtesy shuttle you can use to get around wailea.

The resort was excellent and made for a great trip!
-
Great time and wonderful staff, restaurants were very good. Only thing that could have been better is alittle cleaner like the halls going to the rooms but other than that everything was great!

What a fantastic hotel! I travelled to Maui with my husband and two children aged 5 & 8. Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick! I didn’t like that the room we received was such a stretch to walk to so came back and the really helpful manager, despite being almost at full capacity moved us to a higher room category with a beautiful partial ocean view. Whilst we were there there was rain on and off but the hotel made sure the grounds were scrupulous. We were out exploring a lot but when in the hotel the children loved the soft beach, the pools (they must have gone on the slide 50 times) and making friends with other children. There were art classes on for the children and I got to try my hand at painting turtles and making glass art too! Room service was efficient and the rooms were turned down each day and left so neatly. I love that the Fairmont provide re-usable bottles for the guests vs plastic and there are ice and water dispensers all over the property. You can self park or valet- it’s refreshing that a resort doesn’t charge separate parking fees to self park vs the other four hotels we visited over this trip! I would recommend it fully for those with kids, and those wanting gorgeous suites with space! We would absolutely book here again! Thank you Fairmont your staff were so helpful and made our stay just perfect!

Staff were constantly smiling and were engaging and helpful. They were genuine and attentive offering nice personal solutions. Turn down bed service is always a nice treat after a long day and filling dinner.

Loved the MaiTai’s and the food at the poolside restaurant. Excellent bartenders! Lovely atmosphere. Could have been cheaper but we understand why prices are high.

The room price is only the beginning. There are significant additional charges for nearly every single activity. Very expensive
