The bed was very comfortable and the view from the room. It looks very dated, like it has not been refurbished since the 80s. It is a massive structure and blocks the views of beautiful hills and natural surroundings, not at all mindfully designed to immerse in the natural environment. The pools are not at all inviting to spend time, maybe only if you come with small kids.

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this stay. This resort was absolutely breathtaking for me. The moment you walked into the lobby. The breakfast buffet was just what dreams are made of. Even the smell as you walk through the lobby made you think luxury. My children ages six and 11 were just swept away by the hula lessons and the scuba diving instruction. Wonderful vacation.

Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The rooms were always clean and well maintained, and the entire property was spotless and clearly very well cared for. The amenities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed spending time at the beach. The water was amazing, clean, and beautiful. We also really appreciated that the hotel provided chairs and an umbrella for our family each day. That made our beach experience much more relaxing and enjoyable. The only thing we felt was missing was a small bar or restaurant closer to the beach, as it was a bit inconvenient having to walk all the way back up toward the pool area for food and drinks. Our only other disappointment was on our departure day. We had a late flight and asked whether there was a hospitality room where our family could freshen up for about 30 minutes before heading to the airport. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to accommodate us and did not offer another option. After staying several days at the resort, we had hoped there might be a little more flexibility or assistance with this request. Aside from that, everything about our stay was excellent. The property, rooms, amenities, and beach were all fantastic. We had a great family vacation and look forward to coming back in the future.

Great relaxed resorts pool food is ok not great but the restaurants on property are superb

Overall it was a good stay, amazing view and scenery as soon as you pull up . More family activities would be nice . A little more family friendly restaurant would be nice just with the kiddos . I mean this place is extremely nice and it is pricy . The food is good the service is good , the car is nice for local use . I would recommend just be aware you’re going to be opening that wallet . I probably wouldn’t go back but only because the kid situation, it really doesn’t accommodate kids under 8 well . Beautiful please , no kids , sign me up . Kids probably not . Another thing they should give you a little bigger fridge with a mini freezer . No freezer in the tiny fridge .

The good: Some of the best things about the hotel were the people, location, breakfast, and beach. The people were great, everyone seemed to enjoy their position and function on the property. I don't recall encountering any bad attitudes from the staff. The breakfast was awesome, much better than expected for sure. Lots of options and a decent rotation of items. The location was great, especially because of the complimentary shuttle. The Shops are nearby and it has most of the things that you'd want; very convenient. Last but not least, the beach was great. They really made it easy to enjoy it, by having furniture, towels, cold drinking water, a rinse station, and sunscreen. Well thought out. The bad: My wife and I were not a fan of the statues of busty topless mermaids and the painting of a busty topless woman (both showing excessive details, like nipples) near the lobby. I'm not sure why families (namely children) need to see topless female figures, quite distasteful. The ugly: A couple malfunctioning items were discovered, like our tub spout and the ceiling fan light switch. Both are very noticeable. Also, the tub spout was non-obvious to operate, but once we figured it out, the water barely drained. Based on the above, I'd recommend the place to others. I'd just warn them about the topless art in the lobby.

It was clean and the staff were helpful. Beautiful property. The only downside (and I have kids) would be there were too many really young kids in the main pool. I think kids with diapers should be limited to the baby pool.

Very clean and serene looking property, spacious rooms with a big bath area. Mostly everything was good, pool area could have been slightly more open feel. My check in was delayed but they compensated for it.

We had a nice time and the hotel was nice. It’s definitely fairly lively with kiddos. The adult pool is close to a main restaurant so not a lot of true quiet time anywhere on property. Rooms are spacious, clean and nice verandas. All the restaurants were tasty. The kids slide for those coming with families is definitely a hit. Overall we enjoyed our time but would have liked a few more adult/quiet pool options for reading and relaxing.

Súper friendly staff. Amazing property. Awesome suites.

It would have been nice to have another restaurant available for lunch. The only ones open were Sushi (my family doesn't eat sushi) and the Ama (which was packed). Ko only served at the bar. It was a bit frustrating.
