The resort was amazing. Beautiful views, spacious rooms and they worked very hard at keeping the grounds clean. The staff throughout were very helpful and friendly. So many pools to choose from and easy access to beach.

When we notified the staff, they were kind and responsive but only offered to clean the room and spray bug spray. We pushed them to offer us a new room and then they proceeded to offer us 3 options that were all downgrades from our room location. We will not be back.

Housekeeper was excellent, keeping our room in pristine condition. However the room decor was dark and dated for such a quality resort. A stunning location.

The location, wonderful sea view, the grass over the beach, the stunning sunsets It is a 5* resort, with very high prices, and I don’t expect to smell damp and mold in the room, nor do I expect the outdoor furniture to be dirty (see attached photos).

Everything went smoothly! Staff was great, even upgraded our room without request. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful! Food was excellent everywhere on site and the hotel is perfect walking distance to shops and other resorts!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Their team would text us to make sure everything was perfect! I asked for a microwave and they provided one. I asked for extra hand towels and they brought it right away. They offer activities throughout the week every day- all free, like the rejuvenating sunrise yoga class I took one morning! I loved their adult-only infinity pool! We also had fun going down their big slides and taking pics under their waterfalls. We walked from one end of the beach to the other end! The Beach Resort Marriott is a beautiful property!
