Great for families only thing seating can be improved with a lot of people, hard to find seating not impossible had a great time with the family had a amazing time with the shops 2 mins away (walking) it’s a big plus

Everything was excellent. Three pools, all a little different from one anther (slides, family, and adult). The arcade was a big hit for our kids during some down time. Views from our sundeck room were top notch. Overall, our family had a great time.

Had an amazing vacation! The hotel was in a great location and had wonderful ammenities. The garden view rooms are in a horrible location. Our room overlooked the the roof of the bell hop stand. Very underwhelming. Aside from that the property is fantastic!

I felt that their charges for extra services and facilities were excessive. The room was expensive and I object to their adding another $100 per night for a "resort fee" and self parking.

The staff was nice, however, I did come across a few rude workers at the bell station a couple times. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat as soon as you lay on them which is why I give this place a 3 out of 5. The pools were nice and had several options. I tried the other restaurant there other than humble kitchen and I did not like the food. This resort is wonderful for families, couples older people etc.

Stunning property with exceptional staff. Waterslides are so fun for adults and kids. Poolside service was great. Lots of food options. Very helpful staff for activity planning.

It was such a beautiful property. It’s well maintained, clean and the staff is super friendly. We loved our stay and would will come back an again!!!

Love this resort. The staff members were all great. They were extremely helpful and always asked if you looked lost if they could help.. The property is very large so asking directions to find your room was easy once someone showed us how to navigate the building. The food was delicious but the prices are currently much higher than we expected ($100 for breakfast for two people). The pools were all great. Kiddy pool, waterfalls and the water slides were great fun. The serenity pool was peaceful with a great view and breeze. The on property activities looked really fun. The view from our balcony was a wonderful experience watching and relaxing while enjoying the evenings events. The beach is only steps away and a great way to spend time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful blue sky and cool waters of the ocean. Shopping is also in walking distance. Grocery store and luxury stores are 2 minutes away. Great location. Overall it is one of our best vacation experiences. Highly recommend this resort.

The pool is amazing The restaurant was terrible and overpriced. Coffee was average. Croissants aren’t real. Same buffet for breakfast day after day with limited choices.

Our family loved the pool, food and Game Center. Lovely hotel with great distance to everything.

Rooms clean. Convenient shops close to the property. Does not have a beach. Have to walk a lot to get to any of the 2 beaches. Got charged for garden views just to have a couple of plants over a fence, would prefer to watch the lobby view.
