This resort was wonderful! The continental breakfast was perfect! Lots of rotating options throughout our stay. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The pool area was very clean and comfortable. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The resort was near the beach - you could walk or take the free shuttle.

I loved the stay at this location. It’s convenient because it’s located 5 minute drive from wailea beach, it has a lot of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, they also provide a shuttle (we never used it but saw it) I have to say the only thing was the pool, it didn’t seem so clean and with googles under we saw a lot lol my kids pointed out.. maybe try cleaning it more often during peak seasons. Other than that the place is nice the breakfast is decent and the place is worth it! Also parking was insane, $40 per day, we have stayed in Kīhei before and I’ve never paid that much for parking.

The place was nice but need more ammenties. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean. My only comment is because the breakfast area is open air, there were a lot of birds (and droppings) on chairs/tables. Overall a good hotel that had the conveniences of home (kitchen, laundry, gym).

Property was very nice. Free shuttle service and breakfast was excellent and helpful. Lamar was our favorite. He was friendly, helpful and always courteous. Property could benefit from more amenities like a restaurant or more food options after breakfast. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay.

Breakfast was really nice. Rooms need some updating but the extra square footage is nice. The pool towels and chairs need an upgrade, chairs are very uncomfortable for lounging and the towels have seen better days.

Beautiful hotel , super nice rooms but main thing everyone is super nice.

The breakfast was pretty good. We ended up taking some stuff to the room as snacks. Kept in the fridge.

Staff with excellent as well as the pool the breakfast was pretty good. I only wish there were different options of fruit native to the island. A mishap happened above us that caused the room to be flooded but management was on it and gave us a free room upgrade and free parking for the rest of the week. I didn’t even have to ask for it. That’s definitely Customer Service!

This was a beautiful property, located in a very nice area. Many shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The property is well maintained and decorated to high standards. I do wish the kitchens were slightly more equipped. We made due but it could have been easier. I would recommend this place as well as stay again in the future.

Jacuzzi is too small.

- The room was very clean. Our unit had just a microwave, 2 burner stove top, fridge, 1 pan, 1 pot, plastic strainer, cooking utensils, 2 covered glass containers and of course cutlery and plates, bowls, cups, little salt/pepper packets. It was the bare minimum so plan meals accordingly if you are going to cook in the unit. I am glad we checked in first then went grocery shopping so we didn’t buy anything for the oven. The property does have communal BBQ’s. I suggest grabbing some spices at Walmart or Safeway. - Breakfast buffet was good. Always had scrambled eggs, 2 proteins (sausage patties, some type of other sausage, a couple times veggies patties) tortillas, waffles and steamed rice. They also had oatmeal, musli, cereal, bread, bagels, English muffins, fruit (typically cantaloupe and honeydew). 1 thing you need to be aware of, is that the eating area is open air, which means birds are everywhere and they will try and enjoy your meal. It can be a pain so don’t leave your plate unattended. - Pool is small with no lifeguard. Lots of chairs and some umbrellas. Sun still gets through be careful not to burn. - Overall good.

Very family friendly!

Great breakfast, clean rooms, and very pleasant and helpful staff!
-
All good
-
— washer/dryer service was not available- no compensation or resolution offered. — front desk help was uptight and abnormally tense-no smiles! — noisy from outdoor traffic

Clean rooms, breakfast, and staff were very welcoming

Loved the staff, especially shuttle driver, LaMar. Most comfortable bed that I’ve slept in. That includes my own bed at home.

This property have everything we need. While the breakfast is free, it could have better options bec a week of the same food gets old. Maybe add some hash browns, bacon on other days then pancakes instead of stale waffles every day. We loved that it is close to everything yet away from the chaos of the beach front. We feel secure and our valuables were all safe and intact. Glad we picked to stay here over at Lahaina/ Kaanapali side. The Polynesian hula dance concert shows at the Wailea shops were an added bonus. So we felt we didn’t miss out on HI culture even if the property had no entertainment or cultural experience to offer.
