A children’s activity program includes lei making, crafts and video games in a separate activity center. Guests can take advantage of the novice scuba lessons, yoga lessons on the beach, tours of the Botanical areas, cultural tours, and private photography sessions. The pools were wonderful, but the hours were short. It’s a long walk around the property to get to the pools but very beautiful. I found it to be a bit isolated and expensive, but really enjoyed our stay

The property is gorgeous, on a wonderful beach, and has everything. We loved the waterslides, great restaurants, comfy beds, and beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back!!

Please don't laugh. The only thing that we can think of that for you guys to do something about, and only if you are allowed to do something about it, is too many black bees at the smoking hut areas.

Beautiful location, great restaurants on site. This entire resort is designed around children. That’s great for some people, but was marketed to us as a high end luxury resort. Although it had great food, all pool and beach bars with the great views closed at 5pm. Hard to enjoy a sunset from a bar in the lobby.

Nice beds. Marketed as a luxury hotel at luxury prices, but once there you have to pay a lot extra for the actual luxury— including shady comfortable pool seats. The regular seats are first come first serve and purposely too few. $200 per day for a reserved shady lounger if you don’t want to get up early to compete for a spot at the pool. Crowded. Confidence doesn’t answer the phone and neither does the valet service — ever. The game room is always closed. Basically you get a standard room with a more expensive mattress and a crowded pool. You could get most of that (except the mattress) for half the price elsewhere.

The shower head is awful, the kind of thing that leaves a lasting bad impression. You can only have it spray out from wall, not fall naturally like every other shower in America. It was a giant pia and something that is so easy to fix.

Take the option to upgrade to the Napau level if offered. Free breakfast, afternoon drinks & small bites for dinner. Saves hundreds of dollars a day. Everyone welcomes you as a guest! House keeping, pool staff, grounds keepers & everyone else. The only thing we didn’t like were the birds in the lounge and the fact that my wife always felt like we wee almost out of toilet paper. An extra roll of TP in the room would calm this anxiety. Not sure why they don’t provide an extra roll. The grounds are perfect, the pools clean, the beach & the ocean are perfect. We can’t say enough positive things. Even after 10 days, we didn’t want to leave.
