About Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea
Four Seasons Resort Maui is reimagining our Spa and Wellness Center in the lower lobby. During the transformation, guests can enjoy our beautiful interim Sixth-Floor Spa & Wellness Center, where we continue to offer a full menu of relaxing experiences. Beginning July 16, our Club Floor will also undergo an inspiring renovation, reopening mid-December 2025 with enhanced amenities. During this time, we are pleased to offer an alternative Club Lounge experience in a dedicated space on the sixth floor of the resort’s north tower, where guests can continue to enjoy personalized service, all-day refreshments, and exclusive access. Excellent staff and service!
-
My kids loved the kids club great stuff
-
This resort was ultra luxury. Staff was very attentive and respectful.
-
The experience was excellent on all accounts. Staff, restaurants, facility, location, amenities (such as car service), etc….We will return!
-
This was the most amazing property we’ve ever stayed at, the staff was incredible

They let us know at check-in that there was some work going around the hotel so some things would be closed/temporary set up. The noise from the upper floors was non-stop. Banging, hammering, constantly all day 9-5. With a baby, it was far from ideal. The food was AWFUL. The room service was actually disgusting. The other restaurants were overpriced, and the new coffee place was $16 for a latte.

Absolutely beautiful! Staff were all friendly and attentive. We really appreciated the cleanliness, amenities, and high level of service.

Great experience
-
The property is under renovation so things are different from my first stay. Still beautiful.

Staff and food was very good. Fitness center was under construction and not air conditioned. Showers had low water pressure. Otherwise, top notch

Like always four season has the best service.

The view, the beach, and the staff were amazing. I loved the adult pool service — when you arrive, they give you a bottle of fresh water, which is such a nice touch. Macana was the best server at the pool. I also loved the bar/restaurant by the reception. Nate provided great service, the singer on Saturday night was really good, and the sushi was amazing! Breakfast buffet also really good! Overall, the hotel feels very old and could use a refresh. The furniture needs to be modernized, and the gym equipment is outdated. The pool menu had limited options and very few healthy choices — the tuna poke was the only one. The adult pool is also very small; they should expand the area so more guests can enjoy the view.

Everything about the hotel and staff is exceptional - there is no better place to stay!
-
If you are coming to Wailea region of Maui this is the hotel be. The hotel gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, the views are phenomenal, there is a coral reef right by the beach and the adult pool service is fantastic.

Last night on an extended trip to Asia, stopped over in Maui. A perfect end to our trip (despite the inclement weather). We have always stayed in the Ka'anapali area of Maui, but due to weather Wailea was better option for this trip and The Four Seasons didn't disappoint. Would definitely consider staying again on our next trip to Maui.
