The grounds were meticulously maintained and spotless, making it a pleasure to walk around and relax. The swimming pool was absolutely amazing and became one of our favorite places to unwind after exploring Maui. One of our favorite amenities was the 24-hour fitness center. Having access to it at any time was perfect, especially since we used it every day…sometimes even twice a day after indulging in Maui’s delicious, decadent meals. The gym was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed to stay consistent with our workouts while on vacation. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our vacation even more enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again for our next annual trip to Maui. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We ate at both the breakfast buffet/with the ability to order and the outdoor bar and restaurant. The food was fresh tasting and absolutely delicious. The staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. There is a pool area with an infinity pool and hot tub. There are even lounge seats in the pool. The location is great, walking distance to the public beach and shops at Wailea. The public beach is in a beautiful cove with a nice beach area and good snorkeling and a bathroom. I will absolutely return to this hotel. What a great find.

The most noticeable issue is staffing. There appears to be very limited staff available throughout the property. In addition, I observed individuals who appeared to be hotel employees working throughout the property while out of uniform and wearing flip-flops, making it difficult to identify staff members and creating an unprofessional impression. Security was also a concern. During my stay, I noticed what appeared to be only a single visible security camera located near the front desk. I did not observe cameras near the elevators or in other common guest areas. While I understand not all security measures are visible, the apparent lack of security monitoring in key areas did not provide the level of confidence and peace of mind I would expect from a property charging premium rates. Housekeeping service was inconsistent during my stay, often arriving after 4:00 PM, and on multiple occasions I had to contact the front desk to request service. Basic essentials such as toilet paper and other room supplies were not consistently replenished. The property charges $40 per day for parking, yet valet service is not offered. Overall, the property and amenities are very nice. However, you automatically have to pay $40 per night for parking with no valet option. The parking is also very limited & not well lit at night which is concerning as a solo traveler. There also isn’t any concierge available to help with luggage.

While not right on the beach, the hotel pool was positioned with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. The bar was great, as were the staff there. The gym was quite good as well. The room was on a low floor and had very little light, which was not ideal. I should have asked to move.

In my opinion, this hotel is only suitable if you plan to spend most of your time outside exploring and just need a place to sleep. It’s not the kind of hotel I would recommend for a relaxing vacation where you want to stay at the property and enjoy the facilities throughout the day.
