Ac was broken in our room and no one helped us.
-
Also, the hotel lost its beach—other hotels in the area have wider beaches, so if you prefer the ocean, keep that in mind.
-
Great hotel. Beach is very narrow where hotel is. Other resorts nearby have much wider beaches.
-
It’s a great location….we’d absolutely stay again. They forgot to clean our room one day but other than that, it was wonderful!
-
Great location, very easy to walk along the beach. Very helpful staff

Very poor customer service

Wonderful property. Rooms are well maintained and serviced. Breakfast was ok, sort of repetitive. However, the facility is excellent for kids and families with young children.

The room and Housekeeping were outstanding. Serviced each day. The pool area and food service was also excellent except for the lack of nearby elevators to lower level. There was a fair amount of lounge chair saving. Dajengo upscale restaurant had exceptional food and service. The Swan Court buffet was very good. The Sonnz steak house left a lot to be desired. Food was OK but not exceptional. After receiving our appetizers and salads our main course evidently got lost in the system as well as our waiter. Waiter returned and said our food should arrive soon. After another wait the food arrived. Manager arrived and offered a glass of wine. We went to sign the bill to our room and the waiter said sorry but you will have to pay with a credit card. You should have been told when you arrived. There is some kind of tech problem. (Another guest told us they had same problem and checked with the hotel who said there was no problem). Manager arrived and said he removed an appetizer from bill. The other problem was getting our room. We had prepaid 9 days and were to have arrived the previous evening but due to airline cancelations and rerouted we did not arrive until 330 the following day having. The hotel charged us for the day. We waited an hour for room, inquired and told housekeeping hadn't cleared waited another hour. Went to concierge who said they would try to expedite. After another wait went to ask. Told not ready and asked for Manager who immediately resolved -gave us room

The property itself is well maintained and with good amenities. It's very close to the beach.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean as was expected. We had the breakfast buffet, there’s a variety of food. Beach view was beautiful

Got to be better properties than this one Older, rooms spacious but noisy Restaurants very average and rather pricey Some of that is just Hawaii Poor Beach , lots of annoying children and crowded. Will be happy to pay more to avoid this one … forever..

Amazing resort, staff, and amenities!

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. We also enjoyed breakfast each morning. Nothing. Everything was great.

We enjoyed a lot

We ended up getting free breakfast everyday somehow, and they accommodated late checkout as well as held our bags before and after checkout. Very friendly and helpful staff with many activities planned and things to do throughout your stay. Definitely recommend.

This is a resort, set within a group of other resorts. Only place to walk to is another resort or a relatively small and very up-scale shopping area. Not much to do on property. Bed was overly soft and down pillows were just uncomfortable; the heavy down comforter was way too much. Had room temp placed at 69, and still woke up in the night sweating; I think they turn the air off in the middle of the night. Room never felt dry; always felt damp. Housekeeping missed us on our first day, not sure why because we were out and about most of the day. Breakfast buffet ($40/person) was included in our arrangements; buffet was nice but not outstanding for the significant price. Chairs around the pool are mostly in the complete sun for majority of day. Two upscale dining options on property, and one patio dining option with a reasonable but small menu.
