This is my 3rd time at this location. Clean, smells nice, excellent check-in staff. That cleaning service entered my room when I had a "privacy" sign on my door. I was not there, but I still prefer not to have my room entered if that sign is up.

I’ve stayed here previously and never had an issue. Some of the food was not available at the bar but for the week I was there it was just what I needed.

Please give credit where credit is due, Leo and your housekeeping staff are amazing! Landscaper and or maintenance team as well, the outside areas of the hotel were spotless.

From the moment we checked in the service was bad. We didn't have access to the swimming pool for the whole time we were there. The room was not cleaned properly. The water leaked out the door. The water pressure to the shower head was very low. The staff was not friendly at all.
