Breakfast buffet is served daily and the area is key clean and tidy. However, the food selection is poor. For guests staying more than 2 days, they will get bored with the food selection. Eg. they only had “light” yogurt, because the regular yogurt machine was out of order. Oatmeal was extremely watery and lukewarm, every day. Hot water for tea was lukewarm and tasted like remnants of coffee, every day. Fresh fruit salad was only served on weekends. Only 1 selection of milk (whole milk). No options for skim or non dairy milk. (Deducted 1 star for breakfast). That’s an easy fix; please do better. Otherwise, fantastic property. I’ll definitely stay there on my next visit to McAllen. The staff was very thorough when cleaning the room and the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean, everything worked. The staff always asked if we needed anything extra to make our stay better. Parking was free and walled off from other properties, the pool and grilling area were clean and properly maintained. This hotel has become the standard by which we measure other hotels.

This place is really clean as soon as you walk in. It smells really good. The rooms are really clean. The beds were comfortable. Shower was pretty awesome. Overall five star stay no doubt.

The staff was amazing ! Loved that they have a shuttle, and they bring/ pick you up from the airport and anywhere you want to go. That in itself seals the deal for this hotel. Amazing breakfast, housekeeping , etc. Absolutely loved my stay.
