Besides there being chaos on July 31 due to some technical difficulties and waiting 3 hours for a room, our stay was great. My respects to the two receptionists who did all in their power to speed up the room process and still maintain a friendly, professional, composure even though many were upset. Great staff in the midst of chaos

Lobby area was nice. Room was stuffy and dated looking. The layout of the suite was odd, especially the restroom. Breakfast was unappealing, I’ve had better breakfasts at cheaper hotels.

Only problem was whoever was upstairs was jumping and loud at all hours throughout the night it was 3am and they were loud and jumping. We were very annoyed at them. Please warn people not to jump and be mindful of other guests. Other than that I loved the hotel very close to everything and very comfortable beds!

The room was great but the morning breakfast was not like other embassy suites I have stayed at. Food was not easily accessible. Had to wait for refills on everything. I do not recommend this embassy suites. I’m mad that they do not hold up to the Hilton standard.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast made to order is we our favorite thing. Will be booking again.

The beds were comfortable and the room was big and clean. They had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Staff was amazing, Pool could have been cleaner and the spa was not hot at all, it felt like the pool.

Room was great. Would stay again. Only issue was dinner in the restaurant, but I guess that is separate from the actual stay experience.
