SpringHill Suites by Marriott McAllen Convention Center

Awesome staff

Exceptional

The hotel was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere in the room and the common areas. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and orderly. I’ll stay again.

Exceptional

The hotel was great, but the staff seemed shady. The invoice has the wrong room number listed when I checked out and when I entered the room someone else's information was on the TV other than mine. Which shows they gave my points to someone else.

Yes

The size of the room was excellent. It was very clean and spacious. The bedding was comfortable and the temperature was comfortable. Room temerature is always important to us. Some of our stays have been in rooms that don't cool. This was was awesome. The room needed just a little more lighting. Not too much, just a bit more. Our restroom door was missing a handle on the inside, but it didn't cause any major issues. The breakfast was croweded. The waffles need to be furthest to the left, and eggs to the right of them. To keep the line moving.

Very clean and comfortable.

Even being close to the freeway........no noise or traffic to deal with.......use the stop light on the southside of hotel......super easy...!!! My 1st time @ this location but enjoy the Springhill hotels in other locations. Same quality and service across the US.....thanks.
