Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location

Our stay was a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was clean. The pool area was nice.

Amazing place and value

The staff was friendly and welcoming, always professional. The room we had was very clean and well stocked as we had a kitchenette. The hotel is located near shopping centers and restaurants. They serve a great breakfast and in the evening they serve more food! The rooms were quiet, ice, laundry facilities and a gym were available to us also very well maintained. If we ever visit the Valley this is where we will stay.

Everything was great. The property is beautiful. The staff was most helpful. So much to do near by.

It seems that housekeeping could be a bit more thorough. Leftover cupcakes on top of the refrigerator and little press on nails on the carpet in the bedroom.

Somewhat courteous staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was not good; had to get breakfast outside of the hotel.

We had a restful stay with a minor issue dealing with a very squeaky queen bed. Otherwise the room was comfortable, spaces clean and staff very friendly and courteous. We also enjoyed a very nice walk and conversation in the outdoor garden and sitting area adjacent to the pool. Loved the landscaping too!
