My room was great The availability of the shuttle was very helpful

The only difficulty we had was elevator was not working to back down, which is a hassle if you are traveling with elderly. But very comfortable, convenient, great price , nice breakfast.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, always professional. The room we had was very clean and well stocked as we had a kitchenette. The hotel is located near shopping centers and restaurants. They serve a great breakfast and in the evening they serve more food! The rooms were quiet, ice, laundry facilities and a gym were available to us also very well maintained. If we ever visit the Valley this is where we will stay.

Everything was great. The property is beautiful. The staff was most helpful. So much to do near by.

It seems that housekeeping could be a bit more thorough. Leftover cupcakes on top of the refrigerator and little press on nails on the carpet in the bedroom.
