The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

This Place is great! If you’ve never heard of the name don’t worry! BOOK IT! You won’t forget the name afterwards! Staff was kind and friendly. Place was clean! Had a bar and restaurant down stairs. 8 inch Pool for my son, plus the jacuzzi for my husband! And the beds!! FORGET IT! So comfy! I always struggle with sleep and neck pain from crappy pillows! The beds are DANGEROUS! You won’t wake up! LOL!

The staff were amazing! Especially the male bartender. The area of this hotel is very convenient yet quiet. I think it's a perfect place for a family or even solo staying because it's nice, has a nice not overwhelming pool area with lots of tables to sit and relax, and even has a bar downstairs. The gym was great also. The only thing I didn't like was our room was very damp...we left and our clothes were damp. But once that fix that I would honestly rate it 5 stars.

The hair conditioner was not refilled as requested and no wash cloth was replaced on the 3rd day of my stay.

The check in process was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. The overall appearance of the hotel was clean and modern. The room itself was cold and clean. The only issue I had was that someone mistake my room for theirs but at least their key did not open the door. The bed felt like it needed to be rotated but the pillows and blankets were soft. The shower pressure was good and so was the level of hot water in the shower. The check out process was also fast and friendly.
