Gym was closed for repairs. There was not a breakfast service. We were given a frozen jimmy dean sandwich. I wish this was advertised because we chose our 3 day stay with both of these in mind.

our room was brand new with small kitchen. No pots & pan nor dishes are available. No breakfast even though Hotels.com mentioned they did.

This place was nice. I appreciated that the unit included a larger than normal fridge and a stove top of you wanted to cook your own meal.

Listing indicated a full breakfast, however kitchen is under renovation and the only thing available for breakfast was a cold breakfast sandwich (which could be heated with a microwave) and a drink - however only if you were a BW rewards member. Room was comfortable and clean (elevator was not).

Booking never sent me a confirmation so I couldn't find the hotel. Lost my money and had to get another hotel

So happy the My Place staff were still there. I was worried about that. Friendly and always remember me when I come in.

Room was clean, quiet and nicely priced. Unfortunately the kitchen was still under construction, so if you're looking for a free breakfast, you might want to call first and see if they have it.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The toilet handle was ridiculously difficult to use.

The hotel shows a lot of wear and tear for not being that old.In the 3 nights I was there the lobby floors and elevator worry very dirty and was never mopped. The room was clean though.My biggest complaint is the ice situation. There are no ice machines in this hotel. I was told “to turn on the Ice maker in my fridge to get ice “ as it is turned off after guest depart.I had to buy a bag of ice as it takes multiple days for an Ice maker to make any amount of ice.

Friendly staff. The facility is adequate but not anything special. It was not super busy so it was nice and quiet and dark. I would stay there again.
