Everything was amazing And I’m sure everybody who stays there has a great time Restaurant up the top deck is fantastic a little bit pricey but if you want the food I don’t want to pay an extra for it My family’s overall Experience was 10 out of 10

It is a unique place to stay. The room was spacious and the jetted tub was amazing.

Very relaxing atmosphere and great location.

We opted for a room overlooking the Bass Pro shop and it really added to the experience. The room itself was really nicely themed and the attention to detail was amazing. The communal areas were also really impressive! All of the staff we spoke to were really lovely and helpful as well. We used the valet service which was easy (slight wait for the car at the end of the trip as it was peak checkout so I’d recommend calling down in advance). We also used the free shuttle service to go to Beale Street - our driver was amazing, so knowledgable and extremely friendly! Highly recommend booking this hotel for a couple of nights if you can. We did not want to leave and hope to come and stay again soon!

Nothing bad to say really every staff was pleasant and spoke and was knowledgeable. Rooms were very clean and stocked with snacks

Everything was absolutely perfect! I especially want to thank the bartender (forgot her name) up on the 3rd floor. We arrived late and she was closing up. We had not eaten on the Amtrak train for 8 hours. She was able to get the kitchen staff make us up a couple off dishes and get us drinks and water. She did not want us starving throughout the night!! Service was wonderful the rest of the time we were there!

Very clean. Gorgeous rooms. Very comfortable bed. Stays get you unlimited trips up to observation deck. Only negative is the resort fees and they charge $20 for overnight parking on the lot.

Best place we’ve ever stayed at. The room was amazing, the help were incredible, GO THERE.

I loved it. We only stayed one night. But plan to go back with a longer stay. The staff was awesome. Room was huge. Loved the balcony overlooking the shop. Was an excellent experience.

Honestly, everything was wonderful. We paid more for the the Duck suite but I’ll be honest, to me the regular room was better. There was a privacy screen on the patio and the Jacuzzi tub was way better. In my option, the Duck suite lacked that and you couldn’t look at tv while in the tub. Overall, a great place to stay but if available, I think just the regular rooms are just as good.
