Happy with the stay

I travel very often… The room was the most amazing room I have ever stayed in. I loved all of the details! The big bathtub, the walk-in shower. The feel of a cabin in the mountains. Everything was amazing. The only thing that would be a cherry on the top is if there was a pool or something located like that on the premises. Because it definitely felt like a resort!

Awesome room, shower was wonderful, restaurants had delicious food, enjoyed shopping, and had a blast bowling. Great time!

Wonderful stay with so much to do!

Stay was wonderful! The only criticism I would have is that the walls are "paper thin" and we could hear the activities of guests in the adjacent room:(

The atmosphere, nothing has been overlooked or missed. Ever detail is amazing.

Great rooms, clean, excellent decor. Poor service from most staff however, unfriendly and not helpful

People at the front desk were very nice. Housekeeping could use improvement. Room was not clean. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. We paid for 2 days and left after 1 because no one got any sleep on the beds there.

If you can stay there do it. The whole experience is worth it.

Room was awesome with the balcony and view. Never had a more helpful and friendly staff. Can’t beat the location. Would definitely recommend this place.

The lodge was so nice, clean and quit, I was expecting noise being above the store but I couldn't hear anything.

The rooms were very nice and clean and the bathrooms were amazing! So big and roomy. The tub was a nice relaxation after driving all day. I must say the employees of the hotel were top notch, but the employees for the store were less than desirable. With as expensive as things are I was disappointed that the breakfast did not come with the room, but I would return! The other thing with the breakfast was the waitresses starting arguing in front of my children about when to cut off breakfast. My children got there early, the waitress said she would be right back to take their order and then didn’t return for 13 minutes. It was past breakfast time by then. It was just unprofessional of them to argue over the breakfast in front of my children. My son was very worried he got someone in trouble. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend!

Hotel is stunning well worth a stay, the wahlburgers was convenient and the staff were so nice. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Everything a hotel should be, the lookout was amazing too! Didn't expect a restaurant and bar at the top! Enjoyed our short stay no complaints
