Front desk workers was rude . Gave me wrong information. On the site it shows a pool when you get to the hotel it’s no pool . Bath tub horrible looks a mess . Let not talk about valet parking . Never been to a place that charge you for you to park your self . Unless the worker was lying . Over all bad experience I left the next morning was suppose to stay 2 night .. 300 down the drain . Wouldn’t recommend!

Hotel was centrally located, staff was nice and attentive but front desk forgot to mentioned that cleaning your room must have been requested.

Room was clean, windows could use some wiping down. The staff was super friendly and helpful, very nice. Parking was easy to get in to. WiFi was kinda hard to get into, had to wait 5-10 minutes for it to fully load.

Very clean, reasonable price, and nice temperature. Parking isn't amazing, but that's to be expected downtown.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The location to everything was great Self parking was limited. Breakfast prices were expensive with limited options

Janky hotel. It’s not what it's cracked up to be. $35 for parking? Come on. Food was sub standard from a weak menu.

The cleaners done an excellent job of keeping the old rooms as clean as possible! Air con didn’t work in 2/3 rooms upon checkin. Key cards stopped working within 24 hours, had to also change these 3 times, upon the 3rd time it still didn’t work, so security had to let us into the room. Thermostat read 85 while it was set to 66, in the second room 75 and was set at 67. Eventually, got given a room where the air con worked, however was smaller than we paid for. All the curtains were shut in the rooms we were given which would imply to me they are trying to keep the heat out and have an air con issue throughout the building. Just the cherry on top, had a shower and find no shampoo. Very poor experience for a Marriott hotel.

Bed softness, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower ready to use, quietness not being disturbed by other people's noise. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner is stuck to the wall and you can't take it with you

My daughter who I booked this for said that it was a very nice hotel.

We could barely get the wifi to work in our room or anywhere on the property. We tried several times at several different locations and could not get it to work for our phones and it barely worked for my computer.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Hotel needs an overhaul. TV didn't work, coffee pot broken, shower would not drain, no hot water in bathroom sink and the food choices were minimal and overpriced.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Parking and motel restaurant is expensive

Was put on a floor with a view. The hooker in the room directly next too us getting railed ALL NIGHT. while my young children was trying to sleep. with her abnormally loud moan like it was fake more than pleasure at least make it sound good. it sounded like a dying cow.

The staff was amazing. Even though when Hotels.com information seemingly didn’t get there on time they made sure I had a room after a long drive from Dallas to Memphis.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Room was fine but the shower didn't drain properly and I was showering in inches of standing water. Also, the hotels.com page says there is a business center. The first night I was told there was no business center. The second night I was told there is one, but it isn't working. They also said it would cost $1 per page to print when they get the computers fixed. In my experience, you shouldn't have to pay to print something if they hotel advertises a business center.
