Parking and staff were great. I think there were burns in the carpet but besides that it was very nice with the valet, cleanliness, and amenities.

Clean room but no microwave. No free breakfast. Valet parking only. Great location.

Hotel was nice and close to Beale street and other amenities. When I got there the bathtub didn’t look so clean and I was offered a room upgrade, but I declined it. Staff was very friendly. I would never pay $5 for water though. I would stay again. Starbucks coffee served fresh downstairs was the best for me. Parking was valet or park across the street, which I did and it was safe (FREE ON WEEKENDS).

Clean room, comfortable. Just a one night stay. I would stay again for more nights.

The managers, Ellen Young and LaSonya Nelson, went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to outstanding customer service made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend the Memphis Riverline Hotel to anyone visiting the area. If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were so helpful. I didn’t have to wait for my car … the valet team was amazing.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The customer service was impeccable, and the room was luxuriously beautiful!

GPS will direct you to the back of the property so that should be noted. Otherwise everything else was good. Staff was awesome fro dining to valet.

Great executive hotel near Beale St. with an AWESOME BREAKFAST!!!

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The tub in the bathroom was chipped in multiple places. The chair had cuts in it from what appeared to be a knife. The pool was closed and did not state that on the website. This was one of the reasons I booked here was for a pool. There is one microwave for the entire hotel and only 2 washers and 2 dryers. There was a vending and ice room on our floor but the room was empty-no machines just an empty room. There was no signage on the main floor noting which floors had the laundry and microwave. The restaurant was closed during hours it was listed as being open. There was very few people staying here. I never saw anyone on my floor except for the party I came with. There was no one around outside walking on the streets either. It was like a ghost town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Great place to stay especially if you are going to an event at the renaissance center because the buildings connect with an indoor bridge so if it’s raining you can stay dry loved my experience most definitely will be staying here again next time I’m in Memphis

The room had bed bugs. Unfortuantely I noticed after I had left the area. I requested to go back to the room to take photos ( they declined this request, I think they had already filled the room which is deplorable ) and assured me they would conduct their “own investigation.” And would contact me with the results. Unfortunately, I’m littered in bites, spent a significant amount on their property over the weekend, and staff was super unhelpful at every turn. Totally unfair how I have to sanitize and treat my luggage for a “ nice” hotel while they can twiddle their thumbs and wait around to tell me the results of an investigation that’s effecting me in real time. Not sure if a higher up received my complaint, and it’s been several days now without any outreach. Again BED BUGS are in the hotel! Memphis is a terrible city for them so be weary!

    Very good

I like how they directed us to the anime blues con and the way back to our room. And help us about little situations and they solve everything real quick and easy and love to come back!

The staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and you can tell the new management genuinely cares about the guest experience. Everything felt well-maintained, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and inviting. If you’ve been here before, don’t hesitate to come back. If you’re considering staying for the first time, you won’t be disappointed. New management, same great place—maybe even better.

Stay everywhere on my Road Trip! Love it!

The rooms are older (elevators no A/C) but are clean enough. The restaurant breakfast was a bit disappointing; would get breakfast elsewhere. Overall, a good stay; nothing bells and whistles, but fine.
