For the cost the hotel was run down only the location was convenient

Did nt get deposit back in my account ? The hotel rooms to expensive for what their worth

Our reservation was made for 2 nights. After we had made the reservation, we were notified that our food trailer was ready to be picked up. Went thru the booking app to see if possible to change the date to a day earlier. The hotel never responded so I called the hotel only to be told that they couldn't change a 3rd party reservation. So I paid for 2 nights due to no cancel. We were in town for the Immersion convention with US Food. We picked this hotel due to the convenience. But will never stay again.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation, and the elevators also appear to need significant repair and maintenance. I stayed in the room for three days, and after returning home, I discovered numerous bug bites all over my body. I did not have any bites prior to my stay, and during my visit I was never outside in an environment where mosquitoes would likely have been an issue. I have alerted the hotel staff about my experience and the room I stayed in. I sincerely hope they investigate the situation and take whatever steps are necessary to address it so that another guest does not have the same experience. As someone who has stayed here many times without a problem, I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Location was fine. We went out for breakfast.

The staff was lovely

Staff were courteous but I had to wait several minutes to locate someone to provide me coffee at bar. Plenty of towels in room and bed was made and room freshened each day. Parking is limited and expensive. Hotel needs thorough cleaning inside and out, and new mattresses. Windows were dirty obstructing view of river, and carpet in room was dirty.

Clean rooms, staff friendly

I really enjoyed my stay at the Memphis Riverline Hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere. I especially liked the stylish lobby and relaxing seating areas. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was pleasant and welcoming. The main things I didn’t like were the breakfast prices and the timing of housekeeping. We only ordered two avocado toasts and some blueberries for breakfast, and the total came to around $50, which felt very expensive for what we received. Also, on the morning of checkout, housekeeping tried to enter our room before 11:00 AM, even though checkout wasn’t until 11:00. Thankfully, we had the top security lock on, so they couldn’t come in. I think housekeeping should wait until after checkout time or confirm with guests before entering.

The parking was nice. We got a rate that included our parking. The hotel could use restoration of the elevators and escalators. The escalators were off often and when on, make weird noises. The elevators looked like screws were missing from the panel that held up the buttons and some of the doors slammed closed. The bar wasn’t opened very late. The little store that basically sold what could be in a vending machine was nearly empty and there aren’t microwaves in the rooms. When we checked in and went to our room, it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned. They did move us to a clean room though.

The staff was incredible. The view was perfect. Room was a little dusty and the pillows were absolutely awful. We had to request extra, which the staff promptly provided. Even with 3 pillows we barely had any cushion. All that aside it was a great stay.

It was conveniently located to the convention The tv didn't work , The Bathtub was peeling.

Easy access to renasant convention center

Very clean I loved the valet and it has a restaurant in there and it’s mins from Beale Street like walking distance if you like walking

Room was clean but not at all what we expected for the price we paid. Air went out at 5am and wasn’t fixed until 930. I won’t be staying there ever again!

Stayed here for a conference. Ease of access to conference center. Lobby Staff was nice. Hotel undergoing updates. About 10 min walk from Beale street.
