Heading out now. Everything was great. Last night welcome, room assigned, clean and comfortable, everything worked slept like a rock. Hat's off to the staff and especially housekeeping and maintenance the true under appreciated heros that keep people like myself comfortable and coming back. Thanks

Low water pressure, shower wasn’t good

Dirty shower, old water damaged cabinets, not cleaned moldy light fixtures, dented refrigerator

Reserved a king size room with pet. When checking in all I could get is queen size bed in a room with a pet. Had no choice but to accept but not happily.

The humidity caused the room to smell musty and bedding to feel damp. The carpet was dirty and there are no vending machines, only a snack store with limited choices. Other than that, the Wi-Fi was good and the TV offered many good selections. There was no breakfast.

the place was neat and clean. The room had a simple kitchen which was good. The down side was there was no breakfast not even in the vending machine to eat except candy. It looked like COVID adversely affected their breakfast and food services. breakfast

There were bugs in this hotel. You would be crazy to stay here. I certainly never will again.

The mattress was so saggy if was difficult to sleep on it

The hotel was quite, which was great. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were soft with the option of a firmer one if preferred. Nice kitchenette area. The guy checking us in didn't give us much information. The WiFi password was in the room key holder but he didn't point it out. He wasn't rude at all but not overly friendly either. Wish they offered breakfast.

Room floor was dirty. Couldn't see it but when I stepped into shower the water turned black from the nastiness on the floor. Won't stay there again.

When we got there, we didn’t have a room so we had to take another room with a rollout bed then the coffee pot didn’t work. There was no Internet and the elevators were not working.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the staff very accommodating. The only reason I gave it a good rating instead of excellent was the fact that there was no water pressure in the bathroom shower and not enough water pressure for the commode to flush. Not sure if this was a one-time fluke or it is something that occurs on a daily basis but that needs to be fixed.

Free coffee 24/7 Roaches in the room. Staff refused to bring extra towels to the room.
