facilities could do with a face lift.

The manager was rude and erratic. The desk clerk made a mistake at checkin, so the name on the room didn't match my ID. This became an issue when I tried to get a new keycard. Instead of correcting the problem (by looking at the photocopy made of my ID at checkin), the manager became irate and kicked me out early, refusing to return my prepayment or security deposit. He also lied, telling me that the clerk who checked me in was dead. (She wasn't; she was back at the desk later.) Don't stay here, and definitely don't prepay.

Room was adequate... all the basics covered for me and my pup for a quick stay. Could definitely use newer linens and rooms were tiny but it had everything I needed. Actually enjoyed the surroundings more than the room. It was in a quiet area with a really pretty pond right across the street to walk my dog.

They required a $100 security deposit on top of the room rate, which was not in the online booking info. The security lock on the door was broken, the bed felt like a slab of plywood and the carpet was filthy.

Needed a quick and cheap solution for one night. This was barely that. The carpet was sticky and crunchy at the same time. Toilet leaked. Lots of areas in need of maintenance and upkeep…like loose stairs on the staircase. Lenin felt damp and they weren’t the cleanest. Front desk staff were very unhelpful, unfriendly and completely transactional. This place felt like checking in for jail just to try it out. Definitely wouldn’t stay again —would rather sleep in my car. Cash only deposit on the room makes it entirely too easy to forget that they owe you the money back.

Room was clean. Lights worked. Bed was comfortable I rented room to have a place to sleep and didn't get any sleep. The toilet made an extremely loud noise running non stop. It was loud and prevented me from sleeping. I hoped TV would drown out some of the noise from toilet but it wouldn't There was no remote for the TV and TV wouldn't do anything without it. Went to desk to request remote. The lady did give me a remote but it didn't work on that TV so I was unable to watch TV at all

Room had a slight cigarette smell to it. Other than that everything else was great. Parking lot was very well lit.

Joke! Wasted my time and money seeing how I wasn't even given a room even tho it was paid for. I have NEVER EVER dealt with such disrespect that I had been at this place. Lesson learned never again

Nothing about this stay was acceptable The mold throughout the room.. The broken floor tiles... The drug addicts sitting right outside of our room totally unsafe no security.and it was a frightening experience for my children to walk out and see this.. I was charged a $100 deposit and put in the worst room on the property with my children.. I had to take my daughter's to the ER behind staying here and that's what I paid a $100 deposit for..!!?? I didn't think to take pictures but you can certainly go at anytime of day and see this for yourself...

Place is very run down, duct tape holding the floor together. No coffee or breakfast as advertised. No deadbolt on the door. Didn't feel safe there.

This hoe-tel was bogus asf. Don’t do yourself like that! They got mold on ceilings and in the shower. The doorbell broke, the worker take they sweet ass time answering and they inconsiderate asf about if you have kids and truly need to be shut down
