Big room and bed If you have a pet, you have to check out every 2 days! You have to pack up everything and can't check back in until 3. Really ridiculous

I wouldn't stay here again. It still needs improvement, room sink didn't have hot water. Room door opening at the bottom. I was told not to wipe up anything with the towels on the floor. Had to have $50 cash to check it. Ask to use the restroom but was denied until I was going to pee outside. Then, I was offered the restroom inside.

Spacious rooms. Large fridge. I have a pet and you can only stay for 2 nights, then check out and wait off the property until 3pm to check back in. So if you have a pet BE AWARE. Poor location. No Guests, I didn’t have any guests but I do feel like if I pay for the room I can have whoever there. Poor policy. The inside of the toilet was disgusting. Bathroom half cleaned.

The fact that they wanted a deposit of $50 in cash (rather than on the credit card like most places) was a bit offsetting (and if you find yourself short you can pay the non-bank withdraw fees at their conveniently located ATM in the lobby). In fairness they did refund the deposit, in cash, at the end of the stay. The entrance into the building smelled of smoke and mildew. Fortunately, the smell did not permeate the room we were in. The room was very sparce, nothing homey about it...you get what you pay for...a bed, bathroom and a fridge (even the TV did not connect...good thing I had my laptop and Youtube). Since we were travelling as a couple a second mirror on any of the BLANK walls would have been nice, in order to make up for the small bathroom.

Only good thing was a full size fridge. Beds were dirty when we got in the room and found cockroaches in the sink. They also try to find any reason to keep your deposit. Do not stay here

There were very large American cockroaches in the room. Staff was never around and hard to find when I found issue.

Disappointing

The staff were amazing. The room was great. Quiet and peaceful. I like everything. I had my mother with me and we stayed in the handicap room and it was amazing. Nice, clean and quiet. Will be staying there again.
