Clean room, functional bathroom, near highway and restaurants. Parking lot needs a lot of work.

The rooms are deep cleaned they’re just slightly clean and the parking lot has a lot of potholes

The fact that they wanted a deposit of $50 in cash (rather than on the credit card like most places) was a bit offsetting (and if you find yourself short you can pay the non-bank withdraw fees at their conveniently located ATM in the lobby). In fairness they did refund the deposit, in cash, at the end of the stay. The entrance into the building smelled of smoke and mildew. Fortunately, the smell did not permeate the room we were in. The room was very sparce, nothing homey about it...you get what you pay for...a bed, bathroom and a fridge (even the TV did not connect...good thing I had my laptop and Youtube). Since we were travelling as a couple a second mirror on any of the BLANK walls would have been nice, in order to make up for the small bathroom.

Only good thing was a full size fridge. Beds were dirty when we got in the room and found cockroaches in the sink. They also try to find any reason to keep your deposit. Do not stay here

A/C worked. No ice machine working on property, no breakfast, no toiletries, housekeeping comes in your room before check out time, no water in swimming pool, the reason given was that the chemicals are to expensive. I could go on but it is not worth any more time.

The gentleman that checked me in was very professional, helpful, and efficient. However, the water flow from the bathtub was very slow and looks like construction is still going on in the hallway three weeks removed.

Non-smoking room had heavy cigarette and cigar smell. Dirt from the construction was everywhere in the room. Doors had rusted and broken hinges, mould along the tub edges and water had some bad smell. Sheets were thin and blankets had cigerette burnt holes. Took pictures of the above to present the room condition to Expedia. Night clerk said no other rooms to move to, but Expedia site was saying one room left.
