There were bugs in this hotel. You would be crazy to stay here. I certainly never will again.

The mattress was so saggy if was difficult to sleep on it

The hotel was quite, which was great. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were soft with the option of a firmer one if preferred. Nice kitchenette area. The guy checking us in didn't give us much information. The WiFi password was in the room key holder but he didn't point it out. He wasn't rude at all but not overly friendly either. Wish they offered breakfast.

Room floor was dirty. Couldn't see it but when I stepped into shower the water turned black from the nastiness on the floor. Won't stay there again.

When we got there, we didn’t have a room so we had to take another room with a rollout bed then the coffee pot didn’t work. There was no Internet and the elevators were not working.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the staff very accommodating. The only reason I gave it a good rating instead of excellent was the fact that there was no water pressure in the bathroom shower and not enough water pressure for the commode to flush. Not sure if this was a one-time fluke or it is something that occurs on a daily basis but that needs to be fixed.

Free coffee 24/7 Roaches in the room. Staff refused to bring extra towels to the room.

The reason I gave this hotel a one star, is because when I arrived at the hotel, I was notified that we didn't have a room. I had paid for the room through Expedia two weeks prior. The person at the desk lied to us by stating that they had called and sent me a email prior to me arriving, letting me know that the hotel was over booked. Which no one did. Thank goodness Expedia found us another hotel to accommodate us within around thirty minutes. With no extra charge. This all happened after driving 10 hours to get there. I can deal with things happening, but it was the rudeness of the staff that was very unnecessary.

I love the staff they were very sweet goofy and helpful love the energy of the employees there

Convenient to our family party. Door was damaged which made it very hard to close. Kitchenette sink handle would come off.
