Location and staff Price and required overpriced Valet parking.

Great location close to music venues, theatre and dining options. The room furnishings and bathroom were old and tired. The breakfast restaurant was not tempting at all.

I absolutely LOVED the location and the friendliness of the staff. The complimentary cookies were very delicious and the check in and check out process was smooth NONE..... I hated to hear that the facility would be closing. We were planning to patronize this facility again in December.

Well appointed rooms. Excellent staff. Who gave us specific pointers to Music venues The Parking charges were too high. It should've been subsidized. After valet delivered the car when we were on our way we found that the air was low on one tire which turned out to be apuncture

Location My room heat did not work called front desk they agreed to put us in another room went downstairs just to be told the system was down, ask for extra blankets for 10 mins just to be told they couldn’t find them. Tub draining issue as well floors stained and trash in the corner of the room

It was quite convenient to downtown attractions. Well, the room was a little sparse on simple amenities. I don't travel much anymore but, it's the first time I've ever stayed at any hotel the didn't have a small notepad of paper and a pen to scratch down a note or something, I would have been convenient to have a channel guide for the television. We had breakfast one morning at the King Union restaurant and the selection was pretty meager.

They charged me twice for my stay and took almost 30 days to correct it overcharged me for parking

We did not try the breakfast because we slept in. The location was wonderful! We were disappointed the pool was closed!

Breakfast was great. My only issue was I was not told that I would be charged separately for parking. And another fee, that I still haven’t received yet.
