Comfort Inn Meridian - Bonita Lakes

After driving 10 hours all I wanted was a bed. It definitely wasn't the prettiest or nicest but the room was nice and cold and the bed was decent.

Good, clean room, excellent service. The building could use some updating, but it was all I needed for my trip. Thanks for taking good care of me!

Bed was almost off the platform. Could see the platform out from under the bedspread. The smell in hall and room was terrible. Smell musky! The staff during breakfast was rude and never spoke probably because we were close to time for breakfast to end but we were there before 9:30

We had to leave this property due to the strong mildew odor within at least two rooms I entered. I immediately turned around and told the front desk agent that we could not stay at this property. Two other guests were trying to change rooms for similar reasons.

The worst part was walking into this room and hit with a deep mold hot sticky smelly. AC didn’t work well keeper cranking on and off every 3 mins leaving room hot all night. The tv was obviously busted when turned on someone hit the bottom of the tv with something and left it with lines in the screen and the picture looked like infrared. Holes in the bathroom shower and obviously water damage in the drywall bathroom more than likely building black mold in the walls. I drove in very late 1:00 am from a long drive just needed sleep. Couldn’t fall to sleep till 3:30 am due to the pour up keep of my room only got three hours rest. Definitely not worth the value of the money. I would have been better of just sleeping in my truck. When I brought up these issues to the front desk the just said sorry and didn’t try to make things right. I hope this was the worse room in the entire hotel. Worst stay ever and will never come back! Complementary breakfast.

Checked out too early for breakfast, but it smelled good. Curtain rod missing, TV was dead, and the shower took forever to heat up.

Property was dirty! Bathroom was gross.

The room itself did not feel clean. The carpet was sticky in several areas and had numerous visible stains, which made the space feel disgusting. The bathroom plumbing was another major issue. Flushing the toilet was extremely loud, and a high-pitched squeaking noise continued for an extended period afterward.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location is easy to get to and quiet despite being close to several businesses.

Unfortunately , the room we were given ( Room 303) had a severe moisture issue. The flooring including the carpeting was damp and condensation was pooling on the flooring so much so that I had to lay towels down to absorb the water. Everything in the room felt damp and by morning my suitcase had a damp feel to it as well. The molding along one wall was peeling off and had what looked like mold around it. I told the front desk staff about it prior to checking out and never even got an apology for the inconvenience. I am unsure if all the rooms in this hotel have a moisture issue as well; but, I highly suggest the hotel owner invest in some dehumidifiers for the rooms. 😳

The staff is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The facility is ran down. It’s visible mold and corrosion to the room. We had an adjoining room but couldn’t open the door to extremely rusty hinges. The pool was full of bugs and the patio was full of ants.

Room smelled very musty, was damp, old and run down. Woke up with headache due to smell in room.

Great Everything great love it

We arrived super late as we were traveling from Texas. There was no parking left due to work trucks with trailers taking up 2-3 spaces. The elevator took forever to close and go up or down, often times the door would not close properly. Our key wasn’t working so we went to the front desk (2 times) and finally he came up to see for himself. It didn’t work, his master key didn’t work. He knocked on the door and a dude comes out! Someone was in our room- error by earlier staff and room assignments. We got the room next door, but it was not the same description that was booked. The positive feedback is that the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was the BEST!!! The lobby area is welcoming. The chair in our room was tore, the ceiling had wet spots, tile was missing in the bathroom, and there was a hair in the tub that wasn't mine...it was black and my hair is not.
