Place is a dump! Cheap room, great staff, HORRRIBLE MILDEW SMELL!

The room was disgusting bed cover had black drains and cigarette burns. Couch was terrible and microwave had people names in it from 2022

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But wires hung from the ceiling where once must have been a light. The phone didn’t work to call the desk and the internet worked intermittently.

It was very unsanitary and unsatisfactory with the service. It felt like it was dirty all over. No hot showers at all

The room had mold. I requested a non smoking and received a smoking. The manager said I booked a smoking, but on my itinerary it said ‘non smoking’. The sheets had spots. As soon as you walk in the building you can smell the mold. My daughter has asthma and I asked to change the rooms and the manger was very very rude to me. He charged an extra $20.00 to change from a smoking room to a non smoking room. I would not recommend anyone stay here! I have a very horrible experience. I asked the staff for new sheets when I first came, and they had attitudes. The hotel needs to be updated very badly.

Room was old and dated, unpleasant smell as you enter the hotel and rooms as well as the hall. Mexicans were sitting outside parking lot on the grass drinking heavily. Good location it did the job

This place looks nothing like the picture and it should be shut down. The refrigerators and microwaves are rusty. The rooms have mold and are very dirty. The rooms had a foul scent. The toilets and bathtubs were stained. Some of the comforters had cigarettes burns in them. The bed sheets were dirty and discolored. I tried to cancel but expedia didn't allow. The first two rooms were worse than the rooms we were given. I was very disappointed in Expedia and Wyndham for allowing this type of hotel under their umbrella.

For $85 after taxes, I wasn't expecting luxury, but I was hoping for a cleaner, better-maintained room. While the customer service and A/C were good, the physical property needs attention. The Good: - Fast, hassle-free check-in. - Kind and helpful front desk staff. - Spacious room layout. - Good A/C that handled a hot night well. The Bad: - Room Condition: The room felt neglected: - The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. - Furniture was badly worn or loosely connected to the wall. - The windows were too dirty or weathered to see through. - The couch had a large stain on one cushion. - Lighting: While the front spaces are well-lit, the back parking lot is too dark. - Amenities: Only one small bar of soap was provided on the sink, and the breakfast was disappointingly sparse. Due to the lack of upkeep, I won't be returning.

Rooms were clean, parking was pleasant had issue with toilet that was not addressed in a timely manner breakfast bar wasn't stocked

This was my first and last stay at this hotel. As soon as we entered we could smell mildew in the lobby. The room was clean, but the fixtures were very old. The refrigerator and microwave were rusted. The refrigerator in my daughter's room did not work. In one of our days, there was a big thunderstorm. They had buckets in the lobby to catch the water. Water came through the windows of both our rooms and collected on the floor of my daughter's room. My daughter went to breakfast, such as it was, and when she opened the container to retrieve a bagel a mouse ran out. I don't know how this place still has a franchise. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Parking was good , staff was great but the room could be better cleaned because there was hair on the shower curtain. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, on our 3rd day the room was not cleaned and no towels were put in the room. And we run out of toilet paper.

The overall stay was pretty good. There were a few areas that need some attention. But everything worked and the staff provided great customer service

Property manager was worst, they have no room available… i booked 2 queen non smoking but they were giving me smoking 1 bed room. The bed was super worst n dirty. They took 1 hr for checkin. Its was worst night mare terrible experience in midnight that too with kid. Expedia plz dnt take bookings for this hotel from ur portal. This hotel should be banned.. its super dirty n unhygenice.

It's quite cheap

Stepping off the elevator, I was immediately hit with smell of mold & urine in the hall. The room also smelled like mold. There was black mold on the ceiling in bathroom. There was a used wash cloth on counter in the bathroom. DO Not stay here!
