Smells like mildew. Heavy

The staff was very polite & friendly the room was very clean ..

There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, when we opened the curtain there was mold 14" long coming from the drywall and the wood around the window was rotted. Everything felt wet to the touch and smelled like mold. When we went to check out we had to walk up and down the halls calling for someone to come to the front desk ( it took 10 minutes)

Everything was just poorly done it stunk and wws dirty sheets were dirty covers were dirty

The room was musty, and the bedding was damp when we arrived. We moved rooms. No improvement. The surrounding area was very sketchy. Not a family environment. We did not stay the evening. Still no refund given.

fire alarm was going off in room. they didnt have any clean towels to give us and the faucets were falling out of the wall

Breakfast not good no milk for cereal,no hot food,no one available for check out at 7:45 in the morning rooms are very out dated

Super nice staff. The place could use a remodel. I feel like the breakfast could of been better. It has a musky smell to whole place.

The sheets and towels were clean but lots of hand prints and dirtiness on the walls and doors.

Hotel is dated and needs renovation.

Place is a dump! Cheap room, great staff, HORRRIBLE MILDEW SMELL!

The room was disgusting bed cover had black drains and cigarette burns. Couch was terrible and microwave had people names in it from 2022

The was a leak in the ceiling that started dripping halfway through the night

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But wires hung from the ceiling where once must have been a light. The phone didn’t work to call the desk and the internet worked intermittently.

It was very unsanitary and unsatisfactory with the service. It felt like it was dirty all over. No hot showers at all

You get what ya pay for . Staff was helpful after first room ac didn’t work.

The room had mold. I requested a non smoking and received a smoking. The manager said I booked a smoking, but on my itinerary it said ‘non smoking’. The sheets had spots. As soon as you walk in the building you can smell the mold. My daughter has asthma and I asked to change the rooms and the manger was very very rude to me. He charged an extra $20.00 to change from a smoking room to a non smoking room. I would not recommend anyone stay here! I have a very horrible experience. I asked the staff for new sheets when I first came, and they had attitudes. The hotel needs to be updated very badly.

Room was old and dated, unpleasant smell as you enter the hotel and rooms as well as the hall. Mexicans were sitting outside parking lot on the grass drinking heavily. Good location it did the job

This place looks nothing like the picture and it should be shut down. The refrigerators and microwaves are rusty. The rooms have mold and are very dirty. The rooms had a foul scent. The toilets and bathtubs were stained. Some of the comforters had cigarettes burns in them. The bed sheets were dirty and discolored. I tried to cancel but expedia didn't allow. The first two rooms were worse than the rooms we were given. I was very disappointed in Expedia and Wyndham for allowing this type of hotel under their umbrella.
