MainStay Suites Meridian - Bonita Lakes

It was shown cleaner and more up to date. The dishwasher pulled out of the hole when the door was opened. The shower had old tile and looked run down. The door to the room did not swing shut automatically. They switched my room and it was a little better but the shower still looked old and mildewy around the caulk. There were lights hanging out of the ceiling in the check in space. It was noisy with the waffle house right next door.

Location The work that was being done made it very inconvenient

I would recommend this to anybody that would ask well worth the money

Location AC was super loud and annoying

I loved the location and everything was nice and Ms. Mona was so nice and friendly as well as the other staff members Only complaint was the shower was not clean but we survived because we always travel with disinfectant sprays and wipes

Clean room.

Breakfast was good Hotel is old, didn’t smell good, our room was leaking from the upper room and we advised the front desk and they told us they were going to send maintenance and they never went to check it out.

Very old and needs alot of tlc. Big gap under door so you can see into the hallway. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Dirt rooms

Room dirty, no baby crib, fire alarm went off @ 2am no reason of explanation about it scared my kids. Overall not the best service

Room was very dirty and dusty. Bathroom tub was rusted. Floor was dusty and dirty. As we only stated one night we pushed and checked out in morning.

what I like about the Hotel how the staff treated the customers with the most up respect The Room i was in was not clean fully there was stuff in the drawer behind the bed and tables it like there did not clean it completely they do not mop the floor cause i can tell when something has been clean

The property maintained a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and all amenities were well-managed and easily accessible. Overall, MainStay delivered a high standard of service and hospitality. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking reliable, comfortable accommodations.

On my last day, I found a cockroach in my room—definitely not how I wanted to end my stay. The staff were helpful and moved me to another room so I could rest before my morning flight, but it did make me wonder if the issue affects other rooms too. At least it was my last night there. Other than that, the room was actually pretty spacious and up to date, and the Wi-Fi connection was decent overall.

Everything was fine, but they didn’t have any ice! The desk guy apologized!
