After got into room from long trip unpacked & realized it was Hot.Air conditioning was not working so had to repack all three of us. Then from long trip get on stairs another floor, another room! Pulled out sofa bed but / No bedding for it was available.Back down to Front Desk to wait…Reservation was for three so there should have been.Needed ice but ice machine also broken. Then next day no towels asked front desk. Was given only two towels asked for more but told they did Not have any more!!? So was the third person not suppose to bathe? And besides that every hotel I’ve ever stayed in has allowed me a towel for hair & body if I needed it! I paid money but was denied basic amenities! Unhappy with this Terrible Experience. This hotel needs basic upkeep. And the staff were not friendly. I would Not recommend.

I travel from home in Alabama to St. Rose Louisiana. This is my hotel. It is the half way mark coming and going.

Staff helpful and accommodating. Had only one elevator. Not working correctly. Also ice maker didn’t work on our floor.

When I check into my room, there was makeup on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for another room. I went to my second room and when I walked in I notice that it was hot in the room. I tried to cut on the air but the air wasn't working. They sent someone to try to fix it but was unsuccessful. I was moved to my third room for that night and discovered that the TV wasn't working or the phone in the room. At that point I was just ready to go. The staff was nice but the upkeep needs work.

Check-in staff, very friendly. We needed to wash clothes, but was told both machines were out of order. We had to walk next door to the nicer Hilton to use their washer/dryer(we should have stayed at the Hilton garden, very nice). Horrible pillows and mattress, we heard doors slamming all night. The ice machine on our floor was also out of order. We didn’t even stay for the free breakfast. All in all, not good.

Desk clerk was rude. Never looked me in the eye, refused to help me locate a luggage cart. When I checked out the following morning, the clerk acted like I was more of a bother than a customer. Ther was no “How was your stay” or “Thanks for staying with us” or “Have a nice day.” The room smelled like wet dogs. There was no soap in the shower dispenser. The breakfast was good. My wife and I wished it hadn’t been so late when we checked in; otherwise, we would demanded a refund and found another place to stay.

Very loud. People knocked on our door and ron. The police were called and checked on us by coming to our door at 2:00 am. The toilet seat was also broken.

The issues began immediately. The luggage carts were rusted, and a wet floor sign sat next to the elevator for our entire four-day stay, despite the floor never being wet. The floors throughout the hotel were filthy, clearly unmopped and unvacuumed. On the third floor, we were greeted by an overflowing trash can and a broken ice machine. Our room was no better. The door made a loud cracking sound every time it opened. The bed had a ripped comforter with a huge hole, and the shower knob repeatedly fell off. The tub itself was dangerously slippery, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, leaving a suspicious, open vent. The room doors were beaten up and desperately needed paint, and the AC barely cooled the room, leaving everything damp. To top it off, when I asked for extra towels, I was given pool towels because they had run out. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and we will not be returning.

My 2nd time staying here, I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend you to stay here,
