Hampton Inn Meridian

Clean hotel with all the amenities you expect from Hampton. Good breakfast. The internet was down, but we came in late, so it did not matter to us on this particular night. Good stay overall.

The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. The doors to the rooms sound very loud when closing and kept me up. I had to tell housekeeping about needing towels and taking out the trash. I tried to adjust the temperature in the room but it was still cold.

The breakfast was less than but the kitchen sraff Friday and Saturday was great she kept the area clean on Sunday the kitchen attendant didnt clean counters I did. It was black mold in dining area. . Room 209 under the bathroom counter it was dirty. And The toilet was so low, I always felt like I was falling. But Kimya was very nice and personal. She took our family pic very attentive. They did take great care when pool light fell out in the pool. But it was handle promptly not sure if I want to stay at Hampton In̈n

The staff were professionals and very helpful. The only thing wrong was in the room the shower head had no holder and the toilet paper holder was loose. Not sure why I was placed in a handicapped room but it was no big deal. I would stay again. The Hilton nextdoor has a bar and small restaurant you can easily walk too.

Everything was perfect except for the cold shower. Not sure if there was something going on with the hot water heater or what, but we had to take cold showers in the morning. Otherwise everything was great.

It’s okay for a short stay. The pet fee is high, $75 per night. The breakfast buffet is not great, acceptable but short on choices. The room was ample and the bathroom okay but could use some updating.

Breakfast was very good and was great being open when we had to get up early at 6 to leave and we were still able to eat before leaving! Very clean and had no issues with the room! Staff were all very helpful and friendly!

Breakfast was very nice, room was nice and beds were comfy as well. Kids liked the pool. Staff was very nice and outgoing.

NO PARKING! There were construction crews parked sideways taking multiple parking spots. All others were taken. I have an injured foot and had to park and walk all the way from the restaurant parking lot. Had I not already reserved the room I would’ve probably canceled and moved to another hotel nearby. I only wanted to sleep a few hours so I could get back on the road to my family in Texas.The room smelled very musty. On a positive note, I must say the bed was very comfortable.

Really enjoyed happy hour BBQ pulled pork sandwich which was provided at no extra cost.

The evening staff was not very polite or informative at all, especially about the broken elevators. One of which didn't work at all and the other one had to have a secret code to open the doors on the third floor! We had no idea of that said code! Till we confronted the front desk after we experienced the panic of the doors not opening when they should and she said it's not her problem and proceed to let us know how to get it to work. The breakfast and morning staff was great and friendly.

Easy access to highway and several restaurants. Staff was very accommodating, especially when traveling with a small pet.

Facilities were great but the hotel was overbooked for the night, we arrived late so our double queen room was not available and we received a king with a pull out couch. The pull out was uncomfortable and ended up not being used as we piled into the king bed , thank goodness my child is little enough to be okay with sharing with mom and dad.

The staff were super nice. Parking was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff were great. However, the rooms were not that clean. The room had mold on the wall and a bad odor.
