Great Breakfast and Great Staff

Situated along our route and a pit stop for the evening. Clean, secure, comfortable. Close to plenty of choice restaurants. I would certainly stay again. Breakfast was not included in our choice of reservation and I wasn't planning on having breakfast at the hotel. I did see the price for breakfast though and while a little pricey. it smelled great and there were plenty of items to choose from.

A worn HGI. Clean but smelt of disinfectant and oddly like a nursing home. Staff did resolve an issue with a toilet that was running albeit after two hours. Breakfast was good and service was better.

Well I chose to stay at the Hilton which I’m a titanium member for Choice Rewards so I wanted to treat myself last night so I go in and order some food and the pasta Alfredo sauce was like water. The steak was salty that went on the pasta and they said I ate the food which that was a lie that didn’t offer me. Nothing else secondary replace it and they still charged it to me and I’m gonna talk to somebody in corporate about this. I stay in hotels six days a week when I’m out of town all over the country and I never been treated like this nowhere before I thought

The staff was really kind, nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. I did have an issue with the refrigerator, but in less than an hour the maintenance person came and fixed the issue. The pool area is nice. The gym is nice and clean. Dog friendly was a big plus for me too! I would definitely return here with no hesitation.

Exactly what we expected from Hilton Garden Inn. Super clean hotel with a modern and appealing atmosphere. Our room was a nice size, with comfortable beds and pillows. I still favor Hampton Inn beds, but I was very satisfied with everything about our stay. 2 thumbs up!

Location for Mississippi was ok and access from hospital was good. Room was smaller than usually Hot tub was out of order. Ice machine on my floor. Out of order. Cleanliness was subpar and my rate was higher than quoted from Booking .com

I liked the swimming pool I didn’t like that the Jacuzzi was shut down because it didn’t mention it when I was looking at it mentioned free breakfast that cost almost $20. People are mean and the rooms are dirty and the bed boards are broke underneath and a bunch of places.

The ac was loud and didn’t cool the room enough. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

You could tell the building was old, the shower head was loose and bathroom had a spot were it had been wet to the point of a hole and a little mold,wallpaper coming up at the spot
