The tv didn't work. :(

It wasn’t very clean. It was rundown. Will never stay there again.

The place was terrible! Not clean at all and none of the ice machines worked! Only one dryer worked on the premises! The bathroom was not clean and the toilet moved when you sat in it! The door looked like someone tried to break in! I will not stay there again and I will be traveling to that part of town often!

Hotel needs a serious update. I was told one was done recently if that’s the case y'all need to go get y’all’s money back. Carpet was nasty and sticky like old gross stained carpets. Bathroom was stained and leaking. The phone didn't work nor did it plug in. Yes I know it’s the digital age but if the phones gonna be in the room it should work. Bedsheets stained. There’s a smell as soon as you walk In. But it’s meridian so I guess as long as no one’s shooting up dugs in the lobby it’s a decent place.

Hotel was great got stuff stolen out of truck right in front of main entrance.

The breakfast it’s OK not like it used to be in the staff didn’t get a chance to meet any really hard to see nobody air conditions good. The room was clean.

Older room. Probably will not stay again. Strong smells. Did not eat breakfast there.

The shower glass had only been wiped on the top half. Our double Queen booking was changed to a king suite without asking (which was probably expedia) and there were no other options avaliable. The front desk lady was awesome but otherwise not a good experience.

When I walked into the lobby it was hot, so I checked in anyway, staff was helpful, went to the room it just felt dirty the A/C was cold so it kelp the room at a good temp. Made the best of it, left at 3:30 am so don’t know what breakfast was like, Libby was still hot so don’t think I wanted to see breakfast anyway. I had family with me they had to go to another hotel because of bedbugs in their room. Overall the place was very poor managed

I ended up not staying at this hotel. When I entered my room, it was an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. Once I located the AC unit, it clearly wasn’t working and there towels underneath it obvious that it was leaking water which explained the mold/mildew smell. The bathroom was dirty. There was stains on the toilet and a huge brown stain in the toilet. I went down to the front desk and complained the hotel attendant told me they were sold out of rooms for night so there was nothing she could do. I’m still waiting on a refund from this terrible experience.

Clean place friendly staff nicely layed out only gripe is they lack any decent channels on they're TV and position of where it's mounted seem like they rearranged the room but forgot to move tv. The room DOES not have any modern touches like USB ports or desk mounted plugs where you would be on your laptop. Most hotels now allow you to plug your phone into TV or cast to it from your phone that would be nice.

It was dirty as soon as you entered the hotel, no working ice machine in the entire place, and the room wasn’t cleaned as well as it should be. The front desk staff was pleasant and did her best to accommodate.

People were allowed to party loudly until late into the night.

The young woman that checked us in was absolutely delightful. But after her the staff was unwelcoming. The location was good.

Staff was awesome but the room was sub par .

Place is a dump. Common areas are dirty and hot-too cheap to run the air conditioning? I did appreciate the hand sanitizer station by the elevator.
