The hotel is located in a really dumpy section of town. I think the staff tried to be friendly, but they struggled being professional in their interactions with guests.

Great room. Super convenient having a full on kitchen! Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Best at 6 am. Will be back for Thanksgiving!

Very strong chemical smell in the room. I called the front desk to report and ask if maybe carpet or something was cleaned recently. He put me on hold and then hung up. It was a super strong smell.

The size of the room was the only positive from our one night. The room had stains on the carpets, and no bedding for the pull out. They included a total of two pillows on a king bed. Overall you pay for the space, and not the quality with this brand.

Room size & the handicap bathroom. Being disabled I needed a room by the elevator & that‘s what I got. Our shower didn’t work, the bathroom was not clean & the coffee station wasn‘t filled & I‘m A coffee drinker. Carpet was dirty too.

I was able to checking a few hours early. It was easy to find. Nice and clean with a good breakfast selection . Will be booking again N/A

Check-in was professional. Breakfast was great. Everyone seemed very friendly. Appreciate the free shared laundry area. Not much to say.

The room was very spacious and everything was clean. I was disappointed that one of the washing machines was broken which made it hard to wash in a timely manner.
