My room was clean and the staff was really helpful

There was no cleaning service and had to ask for additional towels for the room. Thankfully, they gave us some at the desk when asked. There were no towels for the pool. I will say the breakfast staff was very kind to us.

The hotel and my stay was great. Only issue was my room was at the end of the hallway, and the door going outside was very loud when closing. It could be heard every time it was opened and closed.

The staff is better than others. Welcoming, helpful, they make staying here my go to when I travel through the area.

Staff were extremely professional and the property was very well maintained. My new fried catfish friend who worked afternoons on the weekends WAS A JEWEL! If I had one thing to correct, it would be the shower floor needed attention before the next guest arrives

The breakfast was good. The cook was very nice and patient! The carpet in our room had stains & had an odor when u walked in. I think it is time to replace the carpet.

The hotel is located in a really dumpy section of town. I think the staff tried to be friendly, but they struggled being professional in their interactions with guests.
