Great room. Super convenient having a full on kitchen! Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Best at 6 am. Will be back for Thanksgiving!

The night staff that checked us in was truly amazing and the room was perfect for a family of 6 I don’t have anything bad to say about it!

Very strong chemical smell in the room. I called the front desk to report and ask if maybe carpet or something was cleaned recently. He put me on hold and then hung up. It was a super strong smell.

The size of the room was the only positive from our one night. The room had stains on the carpets, and no bedding for the pull out. They included a total of two pillows on a king bed. Overall you pay for the space, and not the quality with this brand.

Room size & the handicap bathroom. Being disabled I needed a room by the elevator & that‘s what I got. Our shower didn’t work, the bathroom was not clean & the coffee station wasn‘t filled & I‘m A coffee drinker. Carpet was dirty too.

The room was very spacious and everything was clean. I was disappointed that one of the washing machines was broken which made it hard to wash in a timely manner.

Check-in was professional. Breakfast was great. Everyone seemed very friendly. Appreciate the free shared laundry area. Not much to say.

We’ve always stayed in Home2 Suites on our travels. This was the first one we’ve ever seen that has disappointed us. Staff was ok but the front desk lady was absolutely amazing. She’s the only thing that made our stay good. The carpet as stained, tile in bathroom was all busted up, dirty bathroom with previous guests hair. Light globes in bedroom was crack and busted. Ac unit was in bad shape. Elevators were filthy felt like we got dirty just using the elevator to get to our floor. Very sad and disappointing having to write a negative review. We didn’t eat the breakfast Bec of the feel of grim and filth throughout hotel.
