The food and drinks great.

Holes in the walls, vandals hanging around outside and it’s 11pm outside the front entrance and the staff allowed it. Loud parties in the main entrance on the 19th with people yelling when I just drove 8 hours and I was exhausted.

Room was roomy and clean. Staff was great.

My rooms were very clean , the staff was extremely help and very nice. I wish I would have opted for the breakfast with my reservation , but everything was amazing.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was pleasant, little rowdy because of other people's kids but it was nice. I was really looking forward to eating biscuits and gravy for breakfast but that wasn't part of the buffet. Other than that the free breakfast was good.

Carpets were stained in a few places. Toilet flush chain broke. Took them 2-1/2 hours to get someone to come fix it. Costing me time to spend time with my family. I had to stay behind to wait on maintenance.

If you want to fell Fabulous Customer Service... This is the Hotel..!! the hotel itself was great but the staff Mr. Devin on Front desk and Ms. Da'Trell the Breakfast Greeter... took Customer Service to New Levels that I found outdid Anyone else I have ever met... I would have slept on an Old Army cot in a sleeping bag... and would have been happy simply from their customer service.... In My opinion Ms Da'Trell was and is Ultimately the BEST Customer Representative I have ever met... and her breakfast biscuits are out of this world.. and the Morning or Day Manager I spoke to upon leaving was also Very Hospitable... and full of Southern Charm ... Well Done to all three people....!! Nothing... for me this was the Perfect Hotel...and the perfect location...

Very clean They charged me 2 times. I payed through booking and tried to tell the woman upfront that, but then she charged me again. Still going through the process to get my money back.

We have stayed here a couple times before and whenever we are in this area this is where we stay. Great staff, the place is clean and it's convenient to restaurants if you don't want to eat in the hotel restaurant. One thousand percent recommend.
