Drury Inn & Suites Meridian

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The dinner, drinks and breakfast were all very good (it was awesome it was all included)

Clean quiet room. Was right by the elevators but did not hear any hallway traffic. Only one elevator functioning so longer than usual wait for elevators but not terrible. Breakfast was wonderful.

Nice stay

They treat all with the utmost importance. The room was clean and nice. Super comfortable. I felt like I could truly relax and enjoy my stay. They do only have one working elevator. The maintenance guy said its been about a month that the other elevator had been out. They have free dinner snacks and drinks as well as breakfast. Our first room had a toilet problem but they moved us to and upgraded room. Lots of places to eat in the area. I am definitely going to stay again. Thank you for your professionalism and service. We were there for 5 nights and the staff were very friendly and so helpful. Especially Billy who always went the extra mile! The only draw back was only one elevator was operating and that caused quite a bit of delay in peak times.

Checking in was easy the staff was friendly the room was the rooms were very nice. The suite was huge and very accomendating to our needs, The breakfast was so good and plentiful the staff made sure anything you needed they assist you. The kick back food was good and drinks awesome. The pool are was maintain and staff was watchful and kept things under control. I would recommend this location.

My stay was good for time although I did have issues during check-in. I did have a great encounters with staff during breakfast and dinner everyone was really nice.

The Drury was thr best decion

We were from out of town and was told we could use the pool area until our room was ready, found out this was not true. Big disappointment, since that was the reason we came to your hotel.

One elevator was down during our stay but that happens. My only suggestion is that I didn’t see a place, other than “special requests” to indicate we were traveling with our dog. When I called to confirm pets were accepted my comment hadn’t been seen yet (or noted). I was advised at that time of the $50 refundable pet deposit.

The room was clean and we had a comfortable stay. But, the front desk never replied messages or requests. I left my jacket in the closet, and contacted few hours later but no response to my message and many phone calls were cut off after long wait. We left a voice message, but no communication yet. Very disappointed.

We stayed for 2 weeks. One girl at the front desk wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t friendly or helpful. EVERYONE else was 110% wonderful and went above and beyond! We will definitely be coming back to stay at Drury Inn. In fact, my husband had to stay two more weeks and we rebooked the same hotel. I signed up for the rewards while I was there- is there any way to get points for the last two weeks? Thanks
