The hotel is under a complete renovation. It is not available

I tried calling the property ahead of time to let them know we'd be in after 9pm. It went to voicemail and when nobody replied I found a different number online than the one Hotels.com had. It took me to an AI generated answering service that said we could arrive any time. When we got there the hotel was being remodelled and other than the 'open' sign being lit up and the foyer (which was locked with no buzzer) it looked completely abandoned. After knocking for five minutes, going to the Motel 6 next door and coming back the hotel staff came out from a back door behind the office. She couldn't get our reservation up because they switched systems a few nights before so I had to write down my reservation number and ID on a printed piece of paper. Then we followed her in a van out to the available rooms way in the back. The rooms were remodelled inside but not ready. Showers were barely warm and water was slow. TV's did not work, and the gaps under the door were unnerving. Plus the lot next door had some people partying to salsa till after midnight. The worst part though was the next day when I tried looking for ice. The entire rest of the hotel looks like a construction site, but there was a sign for ice in the breezeway. As I entered it smelled like a Cheech and Chong concert. One of the workers or a homeless man in a black hoodie was there smoking a joint and had his pants down to his ankles. No idea what he was doing, but we packed, left and we will never return

The manager was very friendly. The hot water could have been a little hotter.
-
It was quiet Older property in need of updates
-
no bedbugs or roaches.... and yes I ckecked! There was a "mark" (possibly food or worse) on the comforter.... probably from the last person. overall the property looks old, deteriorating, well used. tthe place is actually a Days Inn, not The Meridian Inn, spent some time driving around trying to find the place.

Nothing Room was dirty and smelt. One staff member who was available was unhelpful and uninterested.
-
Nothing The elevator was not working when I got to my room. The beds were dirty. I found hairs on the bed. The lady at the front desk had us come down to get sheets to change our own beds that should not have been dirty from the get-go. I had a baby and a child that was disabled and had to use the stairs. I was not refunded any of my money told me it was nonrefundable I checked in late night and it was bad weather. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Everything Can't say

Guy said he just bought it. The pool was very nice and clean. In room 107 there was a baby monitor in window watching traffic. There were multiple drug deals going on from that room. We actually stayed up until 5 am watching them look for the drugs they lost and got it on video. The rooms were very 70s the fridge in all the rooms booked 6 total were nasty very nasty. The staff was super nice with the apologies. But unless they update their rooms and keep the drug dealers out I will not stay again.

Looks nice and tucked in a quiet location. Theres black mold behind the headboards. The plumbing was questionable. The staff tried to accommodate us for a room change after a clogged sink but the replacement room available was obviously a smoker’s room. We thought we were bit by mosquitoes but could be bed bugs. The bites were from feet to knee areas and it was already late at night

Nothing. Very scary looking place. Run down and abandoned. Brush and pieces falling off the building. No hotel sign. We didn't stay. Forfeited the non refundable fee.

The price. Air conditioner worked really well. Smells like weed. The Booking.com website had it as the Meridian Inn but it was actually a Days Inn. It was deserted. The bathroom was super tiny.

For the money this place is ok. Beds was comfortable. Slept real good. Close to a lot of places to eat. But I will say our tv didn’t work that good. And it could use some updating. But it was fine for a one nighter.
