There was rust coming from the grab bar in the shower and the sliding shower door would not stay closed. Also, the TV remote barely worked. The toilets are too low for someone with bad knees.

Front desk Staff is terrible, and rude .. They don’t understand what customer service means. Furthermore, each individual have different ideas about the hotel policies…when the cleaning staff is more pleasant than the front desk staff something is wrong…I will not be returning to this particular hotel …,

Mold in A/c and bad maintenance

one of he main reasons we chose this hotel is because it had a pool. after checking in upon going to the pool we found it to be cold as ice and the water was cloudy and murky. unusable. will not stay here again.

Air conditioning worked. Breakfast could have been better and shower could have been cleaner. Bed was decent but pillows were took 3 to equal 1.

Clean, comfortable Inconsistent. Staff previously offered and let us use late check out, which is one of the main reasons we have stayed here repeatedly. Staff today stated it was a members only perk.
