Everything was great. Only complaint that I have is that the pool is ice cold. Would definitely recommend some kind of heating option so guests can enjoy the pool more. Maybe a sky light to let the sun warm the pool.

Very nice clean

I was traveling with my 95 year old mother and the lady that checked us in that evening was so helpful in putting us on a ground floor room and even helped take our luggage to our room. Superb staff.

This was a very clean property. We arrived after midnight, due to having to drive back to Louisiana from Atlanta and several cancelled flights. The young man working the desk was very friendly. My only complaint was that the air conditioner in our room was very loud and didn't cool the room very well. Had we been staying longer, we definitely would have asked for a different room. The breakfast was also delicious! Overall it was a great place to stay.

The room was arranged very nicely. The temperature was set to welcoming temperature. The bathroom was very clean. I didn’t have contact with staff and I did not have the time for breakfast, although it did look good. Maybe next time.

Now to the housekeeping: Ms. Lakesiya did an outstanding job when I requested fresh liens and bath towels. When she said sir I hope everything is okay in your room with a smile a 10/10. A special moment from a housekeeper with a warm phrase "MY Love" brightening everyone's day. Her warm smile and the will make you feel right at home. If you are looking for a great hotel try the Fairfield Inn & Suites.

Only dislike was the people in the parking lot playing their music and bass too loud. There were maybe 3 men just hanging out in parking lot drinking beer and playing music too loud They did stop between 9-9:30p

Room was clean and very cold. Breakfast was basic. Quiche, sausage, cereal, oatmeal. It was perfect for sleeping and moving on

There was rust coming from the grab bar in the shower and the sliding shower door would not stay closed. Also, the TV remote barely worked. The toilets are too low for someone with bad knees.

Front desk Staff is terrible, and rude .. They don’t understand what customer service means. Furthermore, each individual have different ideas about the hotel policies…when the cleaning staff is more pleasant than the front desk staff something is wrong…I will not be returning to this particular hotel …,

The indoor pool was cold; otherwise it was a nice experience.

Place was clean. Quiet. Lots of staff. Good breakfast.
