When we arrived at 7pm it was 10 pm the air was not on in the room. It was 100 degrees outside that day. We were miserable. Hot and sweaty. It was not pleasant when all you wanted to do was relax and enjoy a night away from home. I will not stay there again or recommend for a friend.

Just wish they had egg and bacon with orange juice on their breakfast menu. Mop

Booked at this hotel while on the road last minute. It was very dated and not the cleanest. Bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast was nothing to write home about... only thing hot were the waffles and instant oatmeal.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly .

We were able to check in late, staff were helpful about that. The AC in the room worked well for nice and cold, the shower was hard to navigate, It was really hot. Also we moved the chair to get better airflow and found someone’s underwear that they’d left?? we didn’t touch it. Otherwise the room was nice, the beds were comfy.

The room was dirty with dust on every surface. Staff member became hostile when we requested extra pillows. Breakfast was really disappointing. Coffee undrinkable. The complimentary toiletries was all empty. Cabinet door was broken! Please stay away! Do not believe the available photo's when making a reservation! Worst accommodation ever!!

The lady at the counter however was very nice and very helpful. she had no control over who booked rooms and I felt bad for her,

This motel is an older, 2-story establishment, but very clean. They appear to be doing some renovations.The window A/C unit was fairly loud & kept waking us up. It is in a good location for people traveling on I-20. It has a very limited breakfast, in a small lobby. For the price, this was a reasonable deal.

Also there was little to no water pressure at the bathroom sink.

There was mold in our bathroom - along the ceiling and on the walls. Also, the carpet was wet!

This stay was just okay. Property is in need of repairs and updating. Spiders were in our room in the corner. Bathroom tub faucet was backwards. Stairs to 2nd floor could use some rapair work.

There were many nonfunctioning parts of the room, including a light that could not be turned off or unplugged.

feels like a gross room, towels weren't folded and obviously clean and the non-smoking room smelled like smoke

Nothing like the pictures, and I had the master suite. You should remove this from your app. There are much better hotels/motels in the area.

We accidentally made a reservation from Meridian, Mississippi, instead of Meridian, Idaho. When you realize this called your hotel and they associate there was happy to cancel and refund our payment. However, he also told us to email Expedia in order for them to call him and verify the situation. We did this and have not heard back yet from Expedia in any way shape or form they did send us an order about a hotel in St. George, Utah, which we stayed at months ago, but nothing about this one. If you can help us, we’d appreciate it!

The pictures are very misleading. This is definitely a motel with hotel prices. Staff was friendly but it wasn’t at all what I expected.

Room was not that clean. Stains on pillows and sheets, room was suppose to be a king bed but there was also a full bed making room cramped. People sitting outside there rooms smoking weed. For the money we paid it was a big disappointment. Read reviews before booking and it was nothing like everyone was saying. Will not ever stay again and do not recommend it to anyone

Staff was nice, rooms dated
