Our room was clean and well organized. We were only there for the night, but this was a great place to stay. Breakfast was good and the hotel was easy to navigate.

There was no hot water in the room I stayed in took me 20 mins to check in no staff at the front counter the room was clean but there was no microwave in the room

Customer service was poor. Definitely need some training. The room wasn't very clean. I would recommend paying a little more and going somewhere else.

Her response was all of the beds are the same, so moving you to another room will not help. Also, we are sold out for the night anyway. After speaking with her, I made the decision to end the phone call. Received a call from the new general manager, who agreed to move my items to another room after being told no rooms were available. This room was a bit cleaner, but still extremely uncomfortable, and the beds did not sleep well. After working with this camp and being on my feet for 14 to 15 hours a day having sleep is extremely important. I took time to also call Hilton and voice my displeasure, only to be advised that it would be up to the hotel to make a decision on how to proceed with any credit or refund Unfortunately, for them, this will be my last day at this hotel.

You could talked to the person at the front because she's grumpy and doesn't want tell you anything. I need to get credit for what they overcharged me.

The hotel had a fun atmosphere. There were people quietly making use of the pool table and just sitting around having conversation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They just need to work on getting things cleaned up.

No carpet which is okay i guess. Stains were on my wall. It just didn’t have that 100% comfy feeling. It’s like a step down from a holiday inn but this room was more expensive so I was Elden ring to be a bit better but it wasn’t. Walks were thin too, you could hear and feel people walking in the hallways and in other rooms. It wasn’t a deal breaker tho

The Lady in front I hate to say white with her at mid shoulder. She was the worst. She gave you the worst attitude and not helpful at even asking questions. I hated my stayed there. I will never stay here again.

Overall a clean place, nothing stands out. The staff welcomed us and wished us safe travels. Breakfast was average. This was a quick stop over night stay.

First room a/c didn’t work and staff was friendly and quickly able to get me another room that a/c worked great. In both rooms though tv was hard to operate. Very slow responding to input and not al channels in guide not available. In bathroom of second room, toilet bowl badly stained, shower head a lot of calcium buildup and sink handle plumbed backwards. Cold when should be hot and hot when should be cold. Bed and bed were clean and comfortable .
