They kicked me out because I smoke weed and I complained once

The lady that checked us in was helpful and we did check in late but she was able to help me get checked in The bathroom door wasn't able to open from the inside, the bottom part is the door kept catching and you couldn't pull the door open on your own. Someone had to push very hard from the outside to get the door opened. The vent in the bathroom was filthy and there were spider webs on the ceiling above the TV. I'm not sure if the hotel was suppose to supply hand soap but there eat none in the room either.

The room door was unlocked upon our arrival. When we walked in, we immediately noticed a very strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana. We contacted the front desk right away, and they sent a representative to inspect the room. When the front desk agent arrived, she agreed that the room smelled heavily of smoke. I politely asked for another room, but she stated they were completely sold out. I then requested a refund. She told me that I needed to return the room keys and call the next day to speak with the manager to process the refund.We followed her instructions immediately, returned the keys, left the property, and found another hotel for the night. Our family's health was severely impacted; the smoke triggered my asthma, leaving my lungs burning and causing both my daughter and me to cough after being in the room for just 30 minutes. Furthermore, the room was filthy. When we went into the bathroom to wash our hands, we found hair scattered all over the sink—as if someone had just trimmed a beard or cut hair—and the hand towels were visibly dirty.This morning, I called to speak with the manager regarding my refund. I was told the manager was out, and the front desk agent informed me that the manager is refusing to issue a refund. Their excuse was that they inspected the room this morning and claimed the carpet did not smell like smoke. She also falsely claimed that we chose to leave entirely on our own accord, completely denying the verbal agreement for a refund.

SHOWED UP TO CHECK IN, AND THEY OVERBOOKED. HAD TO FIND A CRAPPY HOTEL LATE AT NIGHT.

Again this place did not disappoint. They had a little kitchen and we were able to cook. We had a studio with a king size bed and a couch, very good size, very clean. The bed was so comfortable from the pillow and clean linen. The staff was wonderful as well.

Great customer service! The room was immaculate! Nice set up very clean and all the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Conveniently located by the freeway too. The receptionist Cheryl was so inviting and professional very attentive and resourceful. I loved everything about my weekend here. Will definitely book again.
