The room was very comfortable

Unable to get sheets n blanket for pull out .. called front desk and said it was closed until 9am , carpet was filthy, unable to get extra towels only 2 n the room, needed more .

Been staying here for awhile the staff is always nice to me and extremely helpful. I always get a clean room that doesn't smell like smoke. The air conditioner works very well. It's adorable so I would say its a very nice place to stay.

The building was nice and clean the only thing I didn’t like was entering my hotel at night with a clogged toilet. Some of the staff seemed a little ( Detached ). One of them started knocking on my door for house keeping & I politely responded 5 times ( No thanks) & she still didn’t hear me. Mind you my face was against the door.

Front Desk CSR was wonderful. My room had an empty tuna can and dirty socks and a bottle of pills no label.

The convenience to the freeway and First Watch. The noise from the adjoining room was very loud. The bathroom sink was dirty, and hair was stuck on the wall in the shower. The lobby floor was dirty and it wasn't kept up. I wouldn't stay here again.
