My stay was amazing!! The staff goes above and beyond especially Tanisha at the front desk is Awesome!! She made me feel welcomed and appreciated!! I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels before but this place is Exceptional in every aspect!!!!

The room was consistently too warm at night. It felt as though the air conditioning was intentionally limited and never reached a comfortable sleeping temperature, giving the impression that energy savings were prioritized over guest comfort. The service at both the rooftop and third-floor pools was disappointing. Staff were inattentive and not customer-focused. Our second round of drinks took over an hour to arrive with no communication or follow-up from the server. On another occasion, an employee dropped an entire tray, and a full can of Coke struck me while I was in the pool, staining my cap. While accidents happen, the overall attitude of the staff lacked professionalism and genuine hospitality. It often felt like they were simply doing a job rather than caring about the guest experience. Is this really what is considered a five-star hotel? Based on my experience, the level of service, attention to detail, and accountability fell far short of what guests should expect from a property of this caliber.

Hotel is beautiful and charming. Very well located. The night manager that check us in - Matt- was incredibly helpful, smart and nice, going beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were truly impressed. Food at rooftop was very good. Definitely would stay again.

Gym we have ever been in who also offered challenging classes. Spa was good - little pricey 400.00 for massage and facial. Store was cute to buy hotel merchandise but they were out of a lot of sizes for female choices. Biggest suggest make wrist bands also an option for guests because keys were difficult to keep track of.

The place is great, it's just that everything is beyond absurdly expensive. If we're going to be paying such a high rate for the nightly then I shouldn't have to pay $250 for chef selection Sushi that could only feed my 12-year-old. Parking $75 a night. Daybed $375 for the day with other guests invading. It just got abusive

The pool people are not helpful. It takes forever to setup a lounge chair or they forget completely !

Very nice

The size of the rooms is what drew me to the hotel at first. The entry level room was 700 sq ft and it was amazing. I hate small hotel rooms, where you can’t even open your case, so I was blown away by the size. The rooms are beautifully decorated too, although I felt that not having a full length mirror was crazy - I had to stand on the bath to see my outfit, I think adding full length mirrors would be helpful in the future. The motion sensor lights are also a little annoying - just moving in bed had the lights coming on in the middle of the night. Other than that the hotel is excellent. Beautiful location, great food and drink options and comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come to Miami.
