Finished with a zesty touch of lime and served alongside a refreshing avocado and citrus salad for a sunny, beachside vibe. 2. Lemon Curd–Stuffed Challah French Toast Thick slices of golden challah bread, filled with house-made lemon curd and griddled to a perfect crisp. Finished with a dusting of powdered sugar, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a medley of fresh seasonal berries. 3. Chicken Paillard Tender thinly pounded chicken breast, panko-crusted and pan-seared to perfection. Served with a light arugula salad, cherry tomatoes, shaved Parmesan, and a lemon vinaigrette. A simple yet elegant dish full of fresh, vibrant flavors.

Staff are so rude! Like very rude! You can ask one question and if you ask another thing you’re answered with such an attitude! This happened several times with several staff members in the hotel. Staying at a penthouse suite and paying thousands at a beautiful hotel, I expected the staff to provide better service that’s all. I won’t be back here unfortunately again! Eden Roc provided amazing service because we were fed up here, highly recommended Eden Roc or Nobu hotel

Staff did not seem to want to be helpful. I was in a suite (#635) for 3-nights / 4-days. I can stay wherever I want, good guest and takes care of employees and will stay somewhere else next time because I can

The towel are not the best qualities. The gym equipment showed a lot of wear and tears. The front desk reception is small and not most welcoming crew when I checked. Found a dirty tea cup in the cupboard after checked in. Overall, I would say a 3-4 star hotel experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the W! I encountered small issues in my first day, however when I expressed my issues and concerns with Rebeca, she listened and helped me with them all and more! She helped make my birthday an unforgettable and memorable one. I will truly miss the W! ❤️

Staff are very helpful and friendly. However, I booked an ocean room and was given a room in the 3rd floor with no ocean view. Very disappointed.

We had an amazing view. Just the right amount of action but easy to rest up when we wanted.

Very clean and beautiful property. We loved the 2 bedroom suite we had. The hotel food options weren’t great. We ended up leaving the property for meals.

Beautiful beach view, great room, had a few minor issues with the room that were never actually taken care of while we were there, but didn’t affect our stay. Just feel they could do a better job responding and repairing deficiencies.
