This property looks much better in pictures than it does in person. The outdoor area was incredibly unsanitary, with a significant amount of animal feces on the ground around the pool. To make matters worse, the bar was completely closed on the 4th of July, and the rooftop area felt entirely abandoned. The entire property is severely unmaintained and neglected. Extremely disappointing.

The restaurant and bars had been sublet and the operator chose not to open them almost the entire stay of 4 nights. There was no breakfast available, no drinks available at the pool or in the lounge.

Small room. Lizard in my room. My vehicle returned with 0 gas after I filled up before arriving? I didn’t use my vehicle during my stay, so I’m not sure if they took my vehicle for a joy ride or sucked the fuel out. Won’t be staying here again.

On top of it hotel overcharges/steals from customers. I returned room cards and towel cards when I was checking out. However the hotel charged me $50 claiming I did not return them and refusing to issue a refund. If you want to stay in a hotel where you are subject to fraud and deal with unpleasant staff then book it. Otherwise stay away from this property.

I also reported them to the business bureau because what they are doing is not right! Similar incident with other guests, I wish I would’ve read the reviews sooner!!!!
-
The worst hotel experience that I’ve ever had, the after midnight receptionist and morning one, the worst two receptionist that I’ve ever seen in my life. Dirty hotel, bad manager, staff with attitude. It’s worthless

Great location!!!! Great stuff!! Roma are clean

This was a horrible experience for us and I booked it for a large party. We had gnats in the shower, the pool was dirty, the bar was always closed and one day the pool was closed for maintenance. They didn’t offer any information or offer to accommodate us in any way. It wasn’t till I asked if they had a sister hotel that we can use for the pool that they offered more information. Not everyone would know to ask that. They should willingly give this information. I will not be returning.

The hotel was great. But early check in was $85 after being told $50!! Then the restaurant and bar was never open the four days we were there. Overall our stay was great.

Very average, pool bar ran out of liquor! The restaurant was terrible. The pool looked dirty and water was murky
