Good location, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool area, rooms spacious and clean. Good for a short stay.

This was a decent stay. Wasn’t perfect but also wasn’t the worst. It’s a good location, staff is friendly and helpful. The room needs some sprucing up though. The room a/c filter was disgusting. I’m pretty sure the sheets wernt changed. I was shocked when I read the room water was $8 after it was too late lol. Bathroom switch was broken, and vanity had water damage. Shower head was loose. But all in all it was ok for a little weekend stay.

Excellent staff and management great location, but a lot of the amenities were shut down and there was no food/bar but this has no reflection on the staff of this establishment & management. They were five star they made an amazing birthday happen and our dogs were so welcome!!! It has reflection on the ownership and the capital investors on the non open of amenities!

The location Checking in was rough as I paid extra for the birthday room decorations as calling to make sure the day before arrival it was going to be completed & they stated it would be & lo & behold it wasn’t. We had to wait until 2 hrs while they got the room ready & it was literally 5 balloons thrown on the bed with a towel cake which the description was misleading because it was suppose to be an actual cake. The shower head was super dirty & green asked front desk to clean it & they never did! The restaurants & bar is not apart of the hotel and they were never open!!! The fire alarm went off at 1:45am & everybody had to leave the hotel… it wasn’t worth the money at all.

Wifi was not working properly.

What I like most about was they let you check in early not far from airport also there is rental car next door to hotel that’s really good and parking garage across street to park Only one lil problem that was not a big deal is someone must of let they pee so it was a little smell staff was made aware of it nthn to where I needed to be upset about

Great place

the main attraction from the hotel is the location near the beach and to ocean drive, the pool was also good, the staff helped a lot with some issues we had with the breakefast. the reservation we made it said the brakefast was incluided, when we arrived to the hotel they told us it was not and after arguing some minutes they gave us a voucher for free brakefast in the restaurant beside the hotel, we where happy at the moment, but at the check out they charge us the brakefast we had in the restaurant which resulted in another arguing with the staff of the hotel.

The hotel needs some tender loving care. New carpeting would help. On the balcony, paint was peeling. The restaurant and bar are run by a third party and were not good. The bar had no coke or sprite, I had to keep going over to Walgreens to get a soda.. The valet was often no where to be found. I had to pay a resort fee each day and the pool was small. That fee was a total rip off! I felt the hotel used to be lovely and is now not kept clean. Front desk staff apologized for things but management didn’t seem supportive. It was a lot of money for what I got.
-
Rates were attractive but hotel has resort (beach) fees that I’m not sure guest can refuse to pay even though it is unusable or useless for guest.
-
Keep on maintaining pools clean so clients keep on coming

Morning Valet was very nice and professional. Luis at the front desk was very helpful & even gave me a complimentary early check in for my birthday!
