The location of the property was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were so helpful with my family (Juda) when we checked out

The room was HUGE! Wish there was a pool.

We’re locals and had to stay for a few days while our house was fumigated, with quite a lot of belonging + 2 cats and 2 small birds. The hotel was great, the room was spacious and had everything we need for a few days. I think this is the first place where electrical sockets were plentiful and really conveniently located! The hotel’s team is fantastic, they replied very quickly, helped us with some of our bags, and quickly resolved any issues and questions we had. The room was also exceptionally clean, no dust or weird smell which is common in Miami Beach + AC is really quiet! If you’re a tourist looking for a lively safe area, their location is great - it’s one block from the beach, and has plentiful of restaurants around. While the hotel has a few rooms deeper in the block (like our King villa), which are peaceful and pretty quiet, you need to know that the neighborhood itself is buzzy and lively, even late at night. If you’re looking for a super quiet place - you might consider another location further away from South Beach’s Collins Ave or Ocean Dr. This is of course not a negative on the hotel itself, but I expect room overseeing the street might be noisier.

I had trouble figuring out how to get into the property but the 2 people that I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful and nice. There was a drunk person loitering on the porch who was belligerent and yelled at me because I was covering the code as I typed it in and made sure that the door closed behind me so that she couldn’t get in. I called the Police, then a security guard showed up on the Property.

Great location, well priced and friendly staff. A very comfy room. My shower in Room 206 didn't work properly - only scalding hot water

Everything was nice clean and smelled good inside of the property I like everything about the property

Well located hotel within walking distance to Ocean Drive. The room was comfortable and quiet. It’s a pity that the restaurant and bar is not operating currently, would be lovely to enjoy drinks there. Otherwise was the perfect stay for us as we explored South Beach!

Very friendly staff. Walking distance to everything.

Location and hassle-free check-in & check out No reception to help

The hotel has no staff. Feels like a cheap AirBnB or guest house, not a hotel. Terrible smell in the corridors the three days I stayed. Like garlic? I felt trapped. Could not open any window of the room and building, all are glued and blocked with screws. The very nice and helpful Peruvian/German lady tried to help me with my problems with the reservation, but she did not have any options or support.

Manager That there was not bar open

How close it was to the beach and everything was in walking distance. That parking was hard to come by tho there was a lot that was a block away.
-
Everything, the location and staff. Judah was great! He helped us out when arriving and gave recommendations of foods and tours for great prices. The only thing I wish we had was a microwave in the room for leftovers. The supervisor was kind enough to warm it up for us!

Great location, just a block from the beach and ocean drive. Easy check-in and check-out. Limited lockers to keep luggage if you arrive early and aren't able to check-in yet which was very convenient. Older building although the room itself was clean and well kept. A/c worked well. Did not have the chance to use the pool although towels were provided in the lobby. There does not appear to be staff regularly in the lobby although they do reply quickly via text (calling will prompt you to text them instead). There was security posted in the lobby during the night and we did notice a staff member by the door outside at night assisting guests to get into the lobby as after a certain time the front doors are locked and only accessible by code. Overall good value, would stay again.

Clean, location, price N/A

Uma boa escolha em Miami Beach, porém o horário de check in as 16h é extremamente sem lógica, pagamos uma diária e não podemos usufruir da mesma.
-
perfect for my birthday!

Amazing staff, clean rooms, and good decor. Good location.

Location No staff, no parking, no place to keep your luggage.

Love the area, everything nearby in walking distant. Staff friendly and informative and responsive The hot water took forever to get hot, we even had to take a cold shower one night. There was a bar at the hotel, but it looked like it was never open.
