Casa Ocean

Everything was fabulous. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, air conditioning worked well, and it was located right in the heart of Miami Beach.

Our stay at Casa Ocean in Miami was a mixed experience. We appreciated that the staff accommodated us with an early check-in, even if it was only about 10 minutes early. Their friendliness was a positive start to our trip. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the room. The beds did not feel stable, and while walking down the hallway over the rug, it felt like there was a hole or an uneven spot underneath that should be repaired. During our stay, the TV stopped working, and the air conditioning also stopped working, which made our stay uncomfortable. Another disappointment was that Expedia listed the property as having a pool, but there was no pool available. The highlight of our stay was the beach access. Being able to rent beach chairs and enjoy the ocean was by far the best amenity and the most enjoyable part of our trip. Overall, Casa Ocean has a great location, but the property needs maintenance and should ensure that its amenities are accurately represented online.

Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Miami downtown and you wanna be walking distance to the beach parks shops, restaurant bars, grocery stores literally the cutest cutest cutest hotel ever we will definitely be going back but I highly highly highly recommend this place a +1, million times over♥️

This property was very close to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean but the bathroom could need a little more attention. The walls are very thin so bring your ear plugs! There is a $170 cleaning fee that Expedia doesn’t tell you about so be prepared to pay before gaining access to your room!

The accommodation was very easy to get to and the staff were very friendly. They were able to accommodate my early arrival with a friendly smile and welcome. The room was clean and perfect for my needs. Accessibility to Ocean Drive restaurants and the beach is perfect.

Everything was excellent, we spent 12 days, the staff was amazing, Karina was also so kind, the place is quiet we loved that, 1 mn from the beach.

This hotel had the right location for eating, shopping and getting to the beach. The negative reviews my husband read were inaccurate. I/we would definitely return to this location for a stay.

Very clean, friendly staff. I felt safe.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They let me check in early and held my luggage on my last day. It was safe and quiet. I enjoyed it for a quick solo stay.

Hotel was very clean, staff helpful and in a great location near beach and shops. Restaurants are in walking distance. Room stayed cold and water was available in front lobby for water bottles.
