Location was good and the hotel has nice restaurants and decor. The hotel guests are treated as it should be. For example to reserve a table at the bar there is minimum charge between 225 to 1,500 per person depending on the day of the week. This is ridiculous.

Plus sides: awesome smart-toilet available, absolutely beautiful, extremely gorgeous hotel overall. Excellent food. Staff is very professional, and Claudia at the Concierge Desk was excellent! Super knowledgeable and efficient.

Terrible customer service. The check-in experience was frustrating, the staff did not care about guests, and the room’s air conditioning was blowing warm air. The hotel also imposed incorrect charges and only removed them after I complained, yet tried to present the correction as a “goodwill gesture” instead of admitting their mistake. They clearly do not value their customers. I would not stay here again.

The Faena is just fabulous!!!! I have been staying there for the last 7 years! It’s the most fabulous hotel in Miami! The staff are very professional and goes above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable! Property is pristine and absolutely beautiful ❤️
