COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach

First off Service, with a capital S. The staff added an additional star to a great hotel and location. I felt their goal was to ensure a great stay and they accomplished that. I really enjoyed so much about the hotel and the location.

Very accommodating Sea weed on the beach was a bit much

Nicely designed hotel. Like that they retained some of the original design elements. Pool and beach access were great. Service a little slow but friendly. Lobby bathrooms a little bit messy

The room was way smaller than expected and not what the pictures displayed.

Walls are paper thin!! Had a terrible experience with noise. Woke us up at 1am had to call security 2x. Rooms are relatively upgraded but the hotel is very dated in comparison to what website shows.

Breakfast and location were nice. The pool is not as nice as the pictures. There was no beach access. It was all under construction. Not a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star.

Room was clean, location was great very quiet. The only thing is when we needed towels, they took too long to bring it up to our room. Parking was horrible!!! Too small n too tight!!!

Excellent location, chic room and hotel design Construction noises, had two problems with staff not responding to requests for help.

Clean Very dated and plain for the price absolutely no modern flair. For the price I could have stayed at a more high-end mor modern and contemporary hotel. Bed was hard, very uncomfortable and set low to the floor.

Nothing Everything

The staff was very attentive and personable! Dean the operations manager made sure everything was excellent for our stay The beach access was closed, it would have been nice to know prior to our stay.

Very friendly staff that goes the extra mile. Nice property. Beautiful, calm, relaxing pool.

Pretty much everything. It was simple, clean, and low key. The service and hospitality was top notch. I like that gratuity was included and the staff were treated well by employer. This place and its people had really good energy. They will continue to get my business. The walls in between rooms were a little thin. I could clearly hear the conversations of guests that were next door to me. I felt as though I was eavesdropping when I was just going along with my business. Not a big deal because it only happened once or twice. Just be mindful if you intend on having very private conversations and have a loud mouth!

the place is fine. rooms are fine. amenities are fine. nothing stunning, but fine. USD 46 a day of parking seemed excessive. the options for breakfast were limited for the price paid.
