Room was very clean and nice.

Excellent facilities, pool is very nice. Just one downside, some of the front desk staff are not helpful. Lot of construction in the area around the hotel, which felt a little unsafe when walking down the street outside and also while on the roof at the pool. But would stay again if ever in Miami.

The staff was so helpful. I loved this place!

One of the main reasons we chose this property was because it advertised a rooftop pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for construction during our entire stay. We completely understand that building construction may be outside of the host’s control, but the issue was that we were not notified about the closure before our stay. If we had known the pool would be unavailable, we could have made a more informed decision about whether this property was worth booking. After reaching out to the host about the situation, we were told that the $40 daily resort fee had been waived because the pool was unavailable. While we appreciate that the fee was waived, that does not change the fact that we booked the property expecting access to an advertised amenity and were not informed beforehand that it would be closed for our entire stay. We also ran out of several basic supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and towels, and had to purchase additional supplies ourselves. We were not aware when booking or checking in that we would be responsible for purchasing additional basic necessities during our stay. If that is the property’s policy for longer stays, it should be clearly communicated to guests.

It was strange there wasn’t a phone in the room. It wasn’t like staying at a regular hotel at all. Check in was a nightmare and took forever. There was a difficult person in front of me so the check in may not have been completely the hotels issue. However, there was only one person at the desk so that is the hotels issue. Getting our room was past the 4pm time.

I need expedia to refund this cancelled reservation. Insecure request for ID

We Couldn't use The Pool. Something about Falling Stuff from Construction and the Bar was Closed. It would have been Nice to Sit In The Cafe or a Coffee or Cocktail as The Views were beautiful. We did get to go to The Gym and Lounge. Which was Nice and Clean and a Great View. I would have given The Hotel a 100% But I couldn't do to things in Our Room and Not being able to use The Amenities. We did Sleep Good and made our Cruise The Next Morning.

Great stay

This was the perfect place to stay prior to our cruise. Beautiful rooms, friendly helpful staff even when we arrived near midnight. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and well maintained some of the staff of friendly .. however the lady at the front desk was very rude as I walk and and was telling her good morning she ignored after I said it 4 time . I ask for a linen change and clean towels one morning at 10 am as I was leaving and even when I return at 6pm it still was not done . I had to ask again .

Convenient location, easy check-in and super homie!

Very nice property. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it was very spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is that there is a active construction site next door so there were frequent road closures. We loved our time at the Crosby. Close to shops and restaurants.

Nothing It's not a hotel is a bad air bnb, no water in rooms, construction noise is ridiculous, the room key is a bracket with a tag plus a code that you need to remember, no shelves in shower, reception is the attendents of the building, no ice, just not livable, don't know why is called a hotel under what justification, pure horrible experience

Beware when traveling to this Miami property! There are things that are not in the fine print. $50 a day to park and another $40 a day resort fees. The staff was apathetic, indifferent and complacent. Maybe typical Miami but definitely enough for me to never come back.

There was a $49 resort fee that I had no idea. I was unaware of that and for what there were no amenities.
